I have always wanted to move there after working for an Aussie (a company called Fitovers who had relocated to Austin and is still there, with representation still in Australia) who was married to a Kiwi and I... uh... dated her sister for a bit.
Those people are INCREDIBLE. All the stories they tell... How life is different...

It's been years since I worked for them and we still talk like best friends.
I've been fighting for my passport for 13 years since a few certain "incidents" during a hyper-sensitive moment made this issue problematic and it finally looks like I'm about to gain permission to leave this wonderful nation's borders.

New Zealand is FIRST on my list.

I would come with you but I can't leave the states either (it's not the government... it's the wife).

She can't get a passport either?
I commiserate, otherwise it would a pretty awesome foursome (my wife is gung-ho like you can't believe) going into the wilds of the great, unknown Kiwi Civilization,
I think it should be great, but if not- it's okay:

I have every album that the Blue Hawaiians ever made and, believe me, if you go chasing rabbits...
Just ease into those cooling noir waves by the greatest dark surf band that ever existed and all of your problems will fade away as Jockey Full of Bourbon pulses through your veins...
Yeah... listening to Savage Night right now.
I was going to...
Uh...
What was I say...
ing...

Ummm.
Yeah! That would be awesome!
Blue Hawaiians!!!!

Shades of Ceasar Rayford...

Naaa, this guy is better than Rayford, who I never really thought much of. I do see why you draw a comparison between the two but IMO they're not even close.

This is a player that I wanted to draft in the late rounds and a guy that would have been drafted had it not been for some off field issues in college.

Irving has outstanding measurables and Marinelli runs a scheme that will be very interesting to see him in. For such a long guy he plays very well inside, even though he looks like an end.

He certainly isn't a guy you'd want at DT on running downs but he can play the end on run downs and much like Hardy and Mincey and Jack Crawford, he can slide inside in the nickle.

For a free look, I can't find any fault with seeing what the guy can do for Marinelli. He wouldn't be the first undrafted free agent that got picked up from another team and excelled. Brian Waters was a Dallas UDFA FB and KC picked him up and made him a guard.

It happens.

Actually, yeah, I was just joking. My wife has been wanting to go to New Zealand for years now. Me too. There are a few places that we both want to go: Rome, Britain, NZ, Austrailia... Bora Bora... but who doesn't want to go there?

Anyway, yeah it would be nice.

Mods, don't delete this post. It's relevant to the future of our children.

Irving should be in the rotation Sunday night, so we'll see what he's got.

I caught the final Falcons TD drive on the NFL channel, and the kindest word that could be used to describe our D on that drive would be "ineffective". Another DL in the rotation should help. Also, I'm no expert, but Sean Lee did not look right. Hope he's OK.

If I were the GM of a team with a bad record, I would raid practice squads in the 2nd half of the season. There are 320 players that almost made an NFL team. There have to be a few gems in there.

If an NFL team with a bad record hasn't gone down that path, I would respectfully suggest they aren't trying to win.

If he's so good, why was he on KC's PS? He's just another scrub to add to our 53. Why are we doing these dumb things? I wonder if I just got under anyone's skin? I'm actually just kidding. This is a big boy we can definitely use.

Dallas FO is just being frugal. No money.

Wow. Dude is tall, which has its pros and cons. Don't think he'll do much here but I don't mind the roster churning.

Hopefully, he has matured off the field since those couple incidents.

DOOMSDAY 1 - all 4 were 6'5. Nothing wrong with a BIG and athletic DL and OL

Well it's always a good sign to have another player with a police record of some kind of violence. Whether it domestic or foreign. Kind of our modis operendi as of late. Bring him in and shake up the joint. Let's do this.

Don't worry. Put his locker between Hardy and Randle and those two will keep him straight.

He was a priority free agent, despite not playing in 2014. So there's something to him obviously. Plus KC has a great D, I'm assuming they were already deep at DT, and were hoping to stash him on the practice squad. Same way if we had another young, talented Guard, he'd probably be on the practice roster too behind Martin, Leary, Collins and Bernadeau.

We signed Sterling Moore from NE's practice squad and he played well for us whenever called upon.

Between his criminal past and Hardy's, instead of the Doomsday Defense, we might have to call this one the Domestic Doom Defense.
