Didn't Lawrence wear sleeves last week -- indoors?

Wear sleeves, please.

and when you come to the sideline you can stand next to Chris Christy you know fat guys generate a lot of heat, so guys can warm up next to him. lol

Demarcus played in the Mountain West, I'll trust his judgment if he says he doesn't need sleeves.

He may try and get Crawford to not wear sleeves, but we all know who the baddest Boise St. player is on the team, and Demarcus isn't going to win that argument.

I like how it talks about the OL being from cold areas when we have 3 guys that come from Boise St. playing in the Mountain West on defense, and at least 2 are impact players as of right now.

I never understood the mentality that you go sleeveless to be 'tough'. If these guys come out and lay an egg because they are frozen....oh boy... Just throw some sleeves on and be comfortable.....somewhat....
Football is the ultimate tough man sport. Sleeves will not create any levels of comfort especially when damp with sweat.

Ready for DLaw to make the jump for us from rook to a palymaker at DE. Could be HUGE for us against the Packers!

:flagwave:

he should keep his mouth shut and just play. don't let twitter do the talking, let your play on the field do it. he has said it on multiple occasions that its time for him to show up, only not to..... just shut up and play.

Dont show a rookie mentality and go out there without sleeves. That proves nothing except your level of common sense. Put the sleeves on and prove your toughness and speed by making plays. Thank you.

I don't care if he wears sleeves or not, I just want to see that QB Hunter we saw on the last drive for the Lions. That sack and strip fumble play showed what he is capable of. And HIS fumble may have unleashed the lion that's been there needing to be woken up.

ITs not that freaking cold. Only thing that may hurt is your fingertips when tackling.

Seriously. This shouldn't be a big deal.

If the temp is in the single digits when the game starts, as expected, those macho-man heroes not wearing their sleeves might wish they'd made a different decision. Not taking advantage of every little edge they can possibly use just falls short of using good, common sense. I doubt it'll strike fear into the opposition, if that's the plan.

Crawford and DLaw played at Boise St. The cold shouldn't even bother them.

Yep, Will not be shocked if some of the OL player go without sleeves? Not really, Martin played at Wis and I saw several of their games where guys did not wear sleeves in some very good games. However if I'm Garrett I would be telling the guys to forget that non sense and put on the sleeves.

I attended the 1996 season's NFC title game in Green Bay.

It was as cold as I’ve ever been at a sporting event. The temperature was 3 degrees at game time with a wind chill of minus-17.

During pregame warmups, Carolina Pro Bowl pass rusher Kevin Greene and several of his defensive teammates took the field sleeveless. They were going to show the world the cold was not going to affect them.

It did.

By game time, only Greene remained sleeveless. His teammates had all bundled up in the locker room before kickoff. As the afternoon wore on and the adrenalin emptied out, the Panthers shivered their way to a 30-13 defeat.

Memo to the Cowboys — bundle up. Worry about the Packers on Sunday in the NFC semifinals, not the temperatures.

Romo went sleeveless vs Pitt one year. The battle is vs GB not the cold. DLaw does not have to play that game.

I dont recall what game it was, but Witten has went sleeveless when he had no business doing it too.

DLaw put the damn sleeves on. Going out sleeveless is not going to prove anything.

Could agree more.

Reminds me of the Pittsburgh game 2008--they thought they were tough coming out in no sleeves and they all looked cold (and in the end, played that way).
