Next time they play Tampa bay in early September they should all wear winter gear to show how tough they are.

Crawford said it best about wearing a sweater in the summer.

Never understood the double standard that cold is tough and not hot.

Martin, FredBeard, Romo, DLaw, Hayden, Oscan, and a few others should be used to cold games for sure

The coach should demand the players to wear sleeves. If it's left up to the players, most won't wear them because they are young and dumb. You don't leave it up tp them.

DLaw put the damn sleeves on. Going out sleeveless is not going to prove anything.

B.S. I played D3 ball on the D-Line and linemen on both sides never wore sleeves all season. You are proving something by wearing sleeves- you're soft. Anybody on here that lives in the NJ/NY Metropolitan area remembers that freak snowstorm that came through in late October just over 3 years ago. We didn't wear sleeves, and sent Western Connecticut crying home 38-7.

I say wear the sleeves and punch them in the mouth then pancake their arse. Much more interested in huge gaping holes and helmets on LBers and secondary than I give a rat's patootie about what they're wearing. Make 'em whine and cry to the refs.

Glad for Lawrence that he sealed a playoff victory for us. Hopefully he will build on that. I like the talking, he was a swagger player at Boise St. and we can use all of those we can get. You don't really want a bunch of guys saying gee I sure hope we can do good. You have to walk the walk but it doesn't hurt to talk the talk. As far as the sleeves go they are playing at 1:00 and the forecast for Green Bay on Sunday is 21 degrees, partly cloudy, and no snow it shouldn't be an issue like the night game in Chicago last year. When we won the state championship in Montana it was cold but we didn't really notice it, we were too excited.

The predicted high in Green Bay on Sunday is 22 with 5 mph winds. That is certainly cold but nowhere near as bad as it could be.

Look, not wearing sleeves for a few hours in practice isn't going to kill these guys. They are running around, doing drills. If they are doing their job, they'll keep warm.

They do need to get adjusted to the weather though, and quickly. Some of the players who've been in the cold for years should be okay, others not. Not wearing sleeves will at least help them adjust. It's more about the mental aspect of it.

In a show of solidarity, I'm not going to wear sleeves during the game either... with the heat turned down to 65 I might add.

I don't disagree with this although I'm not certain it is necessary. If the weather is going to be in the low 20's then they can get by with bench warmers and appropriate clothing. Without a lot of wind that just isn't a huge problem.

They'd better be focusing on hope to stop the GB front seven from pressuring Romo. I'm not worried about running the ball although running on 9 guys in the box on first down needs to be limited in scope and tied in to defeating it by the usual play calling.

Why do you care what they wear? Romo is still the QB!

If it's actually 21 degrees as I last read, sleeves or no sleeves won't matter--that's not that cold for a guy in the game working hard. They will all cover up on the sidelines.
