Think Brantley or McDowell at DT. Both those guys can rush the passer from the interior position. That is, if Dallas does not like any of the DEs.

The trouble with that is that you force T Crawford and Irving back to DE where they may be helpful but they're not as good there IMO as they are on the inside... Except when they're using a 3-man line.

Crawford is having a second rotator cuff surgery, Lawrence back surgery, Chaz Green lives on IR, Gregory won't even be on the field next year, Escobar will be gone, Smith is optimistic but no guarantee

First of all, the article doesn't call him overrated. It just raises the question could he be overrated.

Secondly, the day I take scouting advice from comments at the end of an article from guys like "Orange Sailboat", "Orange Guitar" and "Cyan Coffee" is the day I should probably punch myself in the face. That's probably the same OSU fan with three different screen names anyway.

Exactly.

The hate Crawford and Lawrence gets cracks me up. No, they didn't turn into dominant All Pro players. And no, Lawrence didn't have a great year in 2016. And yes, counting on him going forward with another back surgery would be stupid on the part of the front office. But both Crawford and Lawrence, when healthy, were productive and losing both would cause major issues on the defensive line.

I am not sure why people have to be so extreme in their evaluations? I mean if the guy ain't an All Pro, then he absolutely sucks. It cracks me up.
