Hardy's situation is interesting. He's played himself out of a big contract but is still good enough to help the team. With a full year removed from suspension he could be much better next year. The PR hit is over and he's proven himself valuable in a valuable position in the past.

I hope we resign him.

If only becuz I do not want to see us draft a DL #1 if he leaves which we might be tempted to do.

I could see us trade back if we don'r have a top 5 pick and try to get tricky with things which I don't think we are good at.
