DMN Blog: Now that he is gone, Ellis says he understood where T.O. was coming from

I guess the defense doesn't have to deal with the offense going 3 and out constantly, because they supposedly don't have to deal with them.

It's one thing to acknowledge that TO speaks the truth - he says what's on his mind.

It's another thing to acknowledge that when TO is doing that, it is really freaking annoying to everyone around him who has to deal with him doing a ton of finger pointing at everyone but himself.

The defense gets to deal with the TO that everyone is friends with.

The offense has to deal with the bad side of TO.

It's not surprising that the defense likes him.

The defense has to line up against him in practice and knows what he can do.

They can appreciate it more than a stagnant offense, with a novice play caller and a QB that cant win a big game to save his life.

I agree letting T.O. was a mistake.

A bigger mistake will be to make an example of T.O. and then letting big mouths like Ellis and Crayfish off the hook.

re T.O., what is done is done.
But Jerra is making a big mistake if he does not hold Ellis accountable for Ellis' latest lapse in judgment.

Ellis, Al Davis called and he wants your baggage.

As a non-athlete-casual-fan, you wouldn't understand.

Thats a pretty good point and what is going on is a pretty good display of how polarizing he was.

This is just stupid. Ratliff was matched up on TO how many times in practice? Ratliff has a face full of Gurode in practice.

Clove, the problem with Ellis is that he is always whining.

He pouts in the off-season, he pouts during TC . . . .

Remember last TC when he wasn't getting as many reps as Spencer? He had a hissy fit. And that was TC for goodness sakes.
Ellis does need to go and that's for sure, but only because he's an Average player, and average players are for young guys.

The fact still remains, players loved him and thought he made the team better. But what's done is what's done. Now, can Romo survive without an explosive receiver?

Can Garrett coach properly now that the cancer is gone? Can the OLine block better now that the Cancer is gone. Roy will be the next target, can he step up?

Romo has never played without TO, this season is a huge unknown for him.

Guess not....

I'd post a pic of the gun show but dont want the ladies in here to get hot.

:lmao2:

You bench 120 on a good day.

Have I ever mentioned how much I miss Parcells and the days before we had 53 "player-coaches"?

They aren't cutting Greg. I hope you guys are noticing that this is teh first time in 3 years that Ellis hasn't been whining to JJT about his contract. Hes a great situational pass rusher. As long as he is getting less snaps and Spencer is getting more than I am good.

Homay I rep 315... dont make me make a youtube vid of me repping 225 20 times homay...

I would actually really love to see this - but you also have to wear a purple sign that says "TO's butt drives me nuts."

Wait, my beef isn't with TO, it's with Ellis :)

I really wonder if we can replace Ellis' 3rd down pass rushing skills via FA? We we could, we could trade him or cut him, and save quite a bit of money.

And I personally doubt he can replicate his sack total going forward. He's also getting longer in the tooth.

Really who cares what you can bench? Its about overhead press if you know anything about strength training and at the end of the day youre acting like a 5 year old that had her My Little Pony taken away.

lolz....

Was commenting to Vintage and him riding on his Wal-Mart Spinners...

He called me out. I offered him an option. Dont get your panties in a wad.

You probably got your way twice today (with TO and Roy). Shouldnt you be out celebrating or you stuck at home posting?
