......As for this whole "Tuna's Team." Anybody can build a team. Heck, Dan Snyder can build a team... It takes a that something extra to make it work: Phillips has done that.

What does it say that virtually the same team has done so much better under Phillips than under Parcells? What does it say that Phillips' 3-4 has taken better advantage of the players' ability than under Parcells? What does it say that virtually the same offense can carry the team; something not likely under Parcells.

It says a lot about Wade Phillips' abilities as a coach and very little about Parcells'.

I dont care much about this drama but here are my 2cents... I really like Parcells as a coach, but true to be told, I like the quote Anybody can build a team.... Wade Phillips has make it happen., using the proper pieces on the proper places.

and I think this its a matter of how does he handle everyone on the roster, just as an example.. .Joe Torre with the Yankees, he made that team work nicely from the past 10+ years, with all the stars and everything.

So, I like and I'm really surprise about what Wade Phillips has done with this team, but still need to go and play in the playoffs and make it happen. I feel confident he'll.

Say what you want, but that's good stuff.

:hammer:

Key is just being Key though. Stirring the pot.

Owens is right as well, when he is used, we win more often that not.

Newy Scruggs is talking about a conversation he had with Keyshawn Johnson 3 years ago.

Newy Scruggs said that Keyshawn Johnson said, "Who is a better overall #1 pick than me since I was the #1 overall pick"?

Newy said that he responded with "Peyton Manning" and he said Keyshawn said, "I got a Super Bowl Ring, he doesn't".

Troy Aikman #1 overall in 1989 has 3 rings. Keep trying Key...

Meh, TO is falling into the trap which Key has set. Let it go and take a higher road.
It ain't no trap. A man can only take so much crap. TO catch unwanted daggers from these jokers day in and day out. Keyshawn was the one who caught the wrath. Enough is enough.

What Johnson originally said, assuming sincerity, would not have been bad if he had conveyed it privately, but saying it publicly over the air in a supercilious manner was baiting Owens. Under the circumstances I thought Owens responses were relatively restrained.

Of course ESPN wants to overblow it and picture Owens as the bad guy.

He said since he was drafted in 1996. Aikman would not factor into that equation.

With the way Key is acting, does that mean I should burn my Key jersey?

Basically Key knows he wasn't trying to advise anyone. He was needling a guy. He's been needling TO all year. ESPN in general has been needling TO all year. Key has basically sold out put on a suit and started pointing fingers at his contemporaries

I did not listen to the interview so I was only going off what was posted. So Key believes he is the best #1 overall since the 1996 draft?

Actually, he said the best #1 overall since Aikman.

Like Newy said, doesn't everyone have one of those crazy relatives who is convinced they're right about something and refuses to change their mind no matter what evidence you give them? ;)
