Tolliver & Fuhr currently tied for 1st, Tony is right on them 2 points behind.

Romo has dropped into a tie for third behind Fuhr and Rhoden with five holes to play.

By the way, there are six current NFL quarterbacks playing in the tournament instead of studying their playbooks: Romo, Schaub, Carson Palmer, Derek Anderson, Aaron Rodgers and Matt Ryan.

Make it seven. Somehow, I missed Ben Roethlisberger.

That last drive was epic. Everyone dreams to do what Ben did on that last drive. He made up for stinking it up on his 1st bowl ring. The 2nd one is legit.

I wish they would have showed the last hole in it's entirety. I would have liked to see how Romo handled his poor tee shot.

WHat if Romo goes in the lead with a 3 shot advantage going into the 15th hole and loses..That won't help his "choker" status at all.

I've never seen a fanbase so eager to eat it's own. It's border-line amazing to me.

Don't worry, he's not making up 10 points on Rhoden and Fuhrer in 15 holes. He'll be lucky if he can make up the 7 points he's behind. It's the Modified Stableford scoring system so it's points, not shots.

I know what you mean. Sometimes, I think Tony would be better off playing somewhere else where he would be appreciated. Dallas is brutal.

Yeah but where would that be?

Most NFL fans are like this now.

No way. Cowboys fans are uniquely entitled. We've got a big bandwagon, which necessarily means they've got a higher percentage of casual fans relative to most other teams. We're also from Texas, where everybody was a high school football star, and I think they have a higher number of die-hard fans who'd rather be right than supportive as a result. The team's popularity also attracts trolls to the board, some of whom disguise themselves as fans.

I can't speak for everybody, but I think we've got some of the best, and many of the worst fans in the league as a result. That said, I've never seen a place where fans are as apt to jump ship on a star player for so little reason. Just look how much chance RW11 got if you need an example. And if you want to take the next step and attribute that to quality of play last year, then explain why players like Bradie James and Tony Romo get so much heat? It's just bizarre.

I gotta admit, when I saw Romo choke an easy putt, it made me think...why I am allowing myself to be sucked in by all the media hype that he is a choker?
I know better than that.

It took Payton Manning 9 years to win a championship in Indy and i'll guarantee you 99% of Colts fans never turned on him. It seems a good portion of our fan base has done so already with Tony.

Buffalo? heh. I just find it sad the fans dont appreciate just how good he is. I think if he were playing for any other team, the fans wouldnt be giving up on him this soon.
