Where did I say I was pro domestic violence? Hardy was never convicted of any thing. He has a clean record. It hasn't been detrimental to the Dallas Cowboys. He's a very good football player. What did you think of Irvin? Stabbed a man with scissors, drug issues, woman issues and more.
And you failed to back up your claim that players don't want to be on a team with Hardy. So that tells me you are blowing smoke to back up a weak coach.

Oh and for the record I do think Hardy has issues. I just don't happen to think that means he needs to be thrown away like so much human garbage. There are very few places in the NFL that have the type of support staff that the Cowboys have and we are uniquely equipped to handle a player like him.

No you need to be factual when speaking on the subject at hand. Hardy was convicted of nothing and I haven't seen one player say he didn't want to be around Hardy. In fact Carolina players went to ownership and tried to get them to keep Hardy. Yes I can back that up.

I need to grow up? A big part of growing up is accepting reality as it is and not pretending something else. Whether or not you think its injustice his record was expunged. I accept the ruling of the court and don't insist on something when a) I don't have a horse in the race and b) all of my knowledge is indirect.

At worst he would have been guilty of misdemeanor assault. I don't approve of any assault but when the person assaulted for whatever reason doesn't want to press charges then it is what it is. Nicole Holder does not want you to save her.

From Talking Cowboys Broaddus mentions Mincey as someone who probably felt betrayed by the team. Hardy got more snaps than anybody down the stretch yet was still late for meetings.

A settlement to avoid a Civil trial is not only normal in these cases, its recommended by any Attorney worth their fees. What you are claiming is that she took a payoff to avoid testifying in a Criminal trial, which is a Felony. If that had happened the DA would have pressed charges for it - and not listed it in dropping the charges or it would be grounds to Disbar the DA.
