If you were at the Cowboys Stadium on MNF, then you would know what theebs is talking about. Crowd to me was pathetic and ignorant or as ignorant a football crowd can be.

Wanting Romo to throw deep etc, when there is a clear Cover 2 defense, and they were deep cover 2 too. Booing becuase Offense bogged down in first half.

I think partially Jerry is at fault and his stadium is at fault. Before anyone get excited about that statement, as great the stadium is, the amount of money you have to fork out, Fans would want the entertainment for the money. And you can't blame them for it either. Hence I think fans are going to be more impatient with the team.

JErry needs to find a way to lower prices I think, if not his sales are going to go down after first season. As great the stadium it is, I wouldn't consistently pay that much price every year.

We had a guy sitting behind us dogging on Romo all night. Geez....go play Madden already!

When will the crowd at CS keep quiet when we're on offense? Save your voice for when we're on D.

This is funny to me. If Parcells had this kind of talent, do you think that he could win a championship with it?

Parcells 20 yrs ago yeah.

Parcells we got in 2003 or present day, no chance in hell.

I'll take an ugly win over an explosive, sexy, loss any day of the week and twice on Sundays.

Give me a 11-5 or 12-4 championship team who wins games 21-10 most of the time and I'll smile all the way through the season.

The glitz and all that is nice. It's fun on occassion. But winning is the most fun and if winning ugly is how it has to be done then winning ugly is just fine by me.

If the Cowboys truly learn how to win "ugly" (and i quote ugly because in reality winning ugly is beautiful to me) they will get their wins in December, and they WILL win in the playoffs.

Someone in the sport once said 'When things look wild and exciting, that's a bad thing. That means there are mistakes being made. The seemingly uneventful game is what we want because it means we are playing well.'

or something like that

I love "ugly wins." I have always loved smash mouth football because I think if you are good at it other teams can't disrupt you as easily.

Yeah, I have no problem with ugly wins...

...it's the ugly losses that I can't stand. See game #16 against the Eagles last year. Or the St. Louis game. Holy schmolies, those games were as ugly as Pat McQuistan after his rookie haircut.

James should not be so quick to "indict" his coach or anyone for playing "sexy". James does not like "sexy" b/c he was the primary culprit (so was Brooking) who could not figure out his gap responsibilities when the D was run blitzing.

A win is a win, ugly, beautiful, sexy, whatever. But simplifying game plans b/c players don't know how/continually fail to execute is another matter entirely.

Would he say, for instance, that he used to be an Iguana?
Only if we signed or drafted an Iguauna.
