Then get on with it and get the hell out! It's not like actually contribute anything that's worth a **** here to begin with.

I'm thinking of doing this for you.

I'll make that sacrifice. Many say show Jerry you're fed up by not going to the games or by stop buying merch, I say hope the house crumbles to the ground!

When I read about the power that's been given to scatter brain, that was it for me.

Remember, this is for you!

There is a popular motto in football coaching that applies here.

"You are either coaching it or allowing it to happen."

That could be applied to Garrett as a Head Coach or Jerry as the "decision maker". He either wants this environment or he allows it to happen.

Pro... found.

No head coach will ever leave his thumbprint on this team as long as Jerry insists on owning the control that he does. That won't change until Jerry is no longer around in any capacity whatsoever. As far as the team's lack of emphasis on the safety position, it's a well-known fact and it's been obvious ever since Woodson retired. I'm reasonably sure Church didn't reply out of respect for Woodson and his popularity. After all, let's face it -- it was very likely in his own best interest to take a cautious approach.

Garrett is the HC of the team
He either has had control and is an incompetent bumbler or has had little to no control and is a spineless yes man
Take your pick

so was wade a yes man or bumbling idiot? how about parcells? how about Switzer?

Romo has full control, and that isn't good. Only the cowboys would trust scatter brain tony romo with so much power. He's not responsible enough to have that type power. It's the reason I'm thinking about rooting against the cowboys all season.
A person can be considered exceptional if they can ride a white picket fence without giving themselves a six-foot deep wedgie.

Wade and Switzer were both
If you have to ask about parcells I am concerned about your football IQ

so I guess wade and switzer were spineless.

Parcells wasn't a yes man, but he was also over run and got tired of Jerry. Jerry eventually forces his way and his stuff on all his coaches to some degree. the notion with some fans that Garrett needs to confront jerry and not be a yes man is asinine and if he doesn't he is spineless and should be fired. so its a lose lose situation. you are spineless, so you should be fired. you confront your boss (you got balls I guess), then your boss fired you. seems so Macho. like a couple of drunk guys telling stories about getting fired, but taking pride in standing up to their boss. you have to have a working relationship with your boss, and its always a give and take.
