He's dropping racial and homophobic slurs.

Oh forget it. Stick your head in the sand.
Im not gonna get into the whole debate about people of other races trying to tell black people how to use the n-word, but I'll just keep it plain and simple, he doesnt come from the same lifestyle as you do and to try to hold him to your standards of how he should carry himself away from the field is foolish IMO.

He can do that crap all he wants just don't stick a camera in front of your face when you do it.

Lovely.

Thought he was ignorant and lazy before we drafted him.

Now I know he is ignorant for certain.

so much for my theory that he may be more mature than Romo...

yikes just yikes.

Yes, "culture" made Pacman frequent sleazy strip clubs and "culture" compelled Bennett to mug for the camera like a gang-banging thug. Thank God Bill Cosby doesn't buy into this bull****.

Some people know when to stop. I never claimed it wasnt ignorance, but it's ignorance that's not going anywhere anytime soon, so I dont see any reason to take it to the heart.

OK, let's take the n-word out of the equation. Still, regardless of your culture, the homosexual slur isn't generally something high-profile people can say with a camera in front of their face and not have a negative outcry.

No matter your point of view, this video was done in very poor taste.

No one's mad that a black man rapped. People are upset that a Dallas Cowboy dropped all kinds of words that are generally considered bad -- and did so while wearing a damn autographed Cowboys helmet, no less.

Also, for the poster that referenced the ridiculous Barbie Carpenter video -- yeah, he just looked like a darn fool doing that. But had he cussed up a storm, talked about Jerry Jones' money, and rhymed Romo with the homosexual slur, the reaction would have been much different.

So he likes to listen to rap.

He likes to rap.

And he makes videos of him rapping.

Seems pretty harmless.

:hammer:

These reactions are intriguing...
