Just as dead as our pass rush this season will be.

It won't matter if our offense stays on the field for most of the game and keeps the defense off it for most of the 4th quarter.
2014 showed to pathway to success. We just need workhorse RB's who can keep moving the chains.

the rag on hardy thread is in full swing, i see.

I've been hoping the entire time there was some way Hardy could return as we are desperate for DL talent. But it seems he was so destructive last season, even the team that stuck it's neck out for him last year taking the PR hit has decided it's not worth it to continue the relationship. No one is ragging on him, it's just apparent he burned maybe one of the few bridges he has left in the NFL. Now ultimately talent prevails so he'll get a shot somewhere but not on favorable terms it seems...

Don 't forget we just need Romo to have a career year too.

And his best chance for that is having a great RB to take the pressure off him.

Best chance is playing all 16 games and having a rb having a career Cowboy's record year. Good luck with that. Romo will get hit. Just a matter of time.

Likely to happen if we run the ball more like 2014. Lots of RB's we can get to run behind this OL.
Just let Leary move in to LG on 3rd downs and put LC (Collins) back to open the holes and we can run
to daylight all game long.

So Romo is likely to have another career year and stay healthy all 16 games. Otay.

But then when you bring up getting one of them in the draft you get But DMAC was awesome last year!

Since his NFL career is probably over, looking to find a gig that pays hims 10m a year

Haha, his career isn't over. You think 32 teams will stay away from him? He has the potential to put up 15 sacks, a team will wait until the market cools completely and sign him to a cheap small deal.

NFL career is probably over. Sheesh. Haha

It's called hyperbole. Look it up. And yes, I don't doubt that he will find a job somewhere. Doesn't mean he should. His days of 15 sacks are long gone though.

You have to admit that he worked out better than most anyone expected for almost no money at all. He didn't even play
much in the first 4 games. Just thing about how many yards those games would have yielded if he'd been the workhorse.
You also have to recognize that the OL changed it's whole scheme of blocking for DMC in mid-season and that is hard to
do for a zone blocking scheme designed OL. I'm all for manipulating the draft to get EE so that we can run that ball down
the throats of anyone in our way.

The guy is better than anything we currently have, or anything else we can now sign in free agency. Let Garrett - a guy who's never accomplished anything or earned the jobs he's been gifted - either deal with it or resign. Either way this team gets better.

No can do. We will end up forcing a pick at DE in Bosa. You might as well just etch that in stone right now.

there are some pass rushers in the draft but it is really trying to thread the needle to hope we get one and that he plays and makes a difference.

I just hope we can draft 7-8 players who make the team and none get suspended for weed.

Palmer is getting up there in age and he had a pretty good year last year. It could happen...Why so negative?
Will McClay hasn't even started scrounging the pool halls yet!
