Takes a lot for a guy like me (a UVA guy) to develop a man crush on a Hokie football player before he graduates, but I loved the way Ryan Williams played football when he was in Blacksburg e.

Maybe I watch football for football and leave the PC fluff nonsense at the door.

I couldn't give a bleep if he always loved the Cowboys. That means less than nothing to me. I only care about whether he can play. I'll take a life long Commanders fan in the backfield capable of leading the league in rushing than a diehard Cowboys fan who is nothing more than a roster filler.

Instead of this angle, they should have dealt with his pass protection issues, because the dude has talent but you can't put him on the field if he's going to get Romo killed.

Maybe I watch these videos to get to know the players a little better. And maybe I read these boards hoping that when some criticizes a RB for not pass protecting, that that person also backs it up with a citation to where the coaches also think this is an issue and a reason why said RB was not on active 53. Because otherwise, it just reads as conjecture, and makes me wish the poster would have come stronger.

Money is not an issue for me. I feel like when you chase money, you’re chasing the wrong thing. I’m chasing happiness. The Cowboys have always been my favorite team since I can remember. The Cowboys made me fall in love with football. I’m thinking about the bigger picture, and that’s Ryan Williams being happy.

He had me at "Money."

If you gotta pick one of the 3 top RB choices its really easy to root for this one. Especially since one has been a bust and the other has been an idiot.

At some point, folks should learn to ignore certain members when it comes to some topics. You kinda gotta know that they're going to take the opposing position of whatever the popular opinion is of a thread...just for the hell of it.

There's not gonna be alot of meat on the bones of articles at this time of year. I mean, we had a freaking article about Dez tweeting "Up" posted here for God's sake. I'll take a feel-good, PC filler article, about a Cowboy fan getting a chance at his dream than that crapola any day. You can miss me with the, "Oh they should've asked about this skill or that skill."

It's the offseason. They're practicing without pads. Take what you can get and be happy you getting it. I remember a time we didn't even get THESE types of articles.
