The one positive if we do win is that we will be a little more 'free' in our choices with that 1st rounder. In other words we won't force ourselves to skip out on an impact player because they aren't positions you typically don't draft with the 4th pick in the draft. He knows his job is safe, but if he coaches the game aggressively and wins, he can claim that he beat the division champs twice and what a way to build for 2016.

If he was smart, and out to salvage some of his lost credibility, he will coach harder. It is just like him. Just like he suddenly got more aggressive taking over for Phillips when he sabotaged the offense prior to that. Never underestimate how he looks out for himself. He is pretty good at keeping the Teflon intact.

If we win, I'm all for just grabbing Elliot. Corner back and some of the other positions will take time to develop. I don't care about comparing where other RBs were drafted in years past or how historically rbs are not supposed to be drafted that high... we have a monster O-line, we had our best year behind a superb running game, so get the back that could return us to greatness.
