I agree. Who cares if he works another day at ESPN, who cares if he gets into the HOF. I don't care about his image, I care about his well being.

Who is the guy on my block? I don't know which of my neighbors has the problem? Hard to care about a nameless faceless person.

Then again, we do that all the time when we give to United Way (or pick your own charity) to support causes where we don't necessarily know the people affected.

Where in the world did you come up with the list of people that I don't care about? Was I supposed to list them all on this website?
