Do you have faith that Jerry can or more importantly will turn things around with this franchise. Lets face it 13 years and no playoff wins is a disgrace for a once proud franchise.

I have stood by Jerry through it all because I truly thought we were trying to replace the triplets and it took time to recover from the salary CAP he!! we were in. Now I truly believe he is the captain of the Titanic. Im not looking to abandon ship but danger is lurking if we dont depart from the recent coarse.

What do you think?

Ok, what do you expect the answer from majority will be considering Dan Reeves news? Any supporters he had left pretty much jumped the wagon most likely. Unless he does something else dramatic, he will be most despised owner, at least locally in Dallas.

I have confidence in what Jerry said, and that it could apply to the whole organization, not just the coaches

status-quo

I believe we remain on this, "on the cusp to do something" plateau, before we have to start over again, w/o really doing anything

I think that too many people tout the no playoff wins in 13 years thing as if it proves anything. Its called a fallacy of causation.

I also think people have no perspective. This sinking ship went 9-7, barely missed the playoffs and 4 of those losses were against all four teams in the conference championship games.

So how many years of mediocracy and underacheiving does it take before you panic?

The whole world knew Brad Johnson was a joke but Jerry!

Jerry sells us a bill of goods on how bright every season is going to be and every season we all buy it hook line and sinker until about mid season when reality sets in.

Well run franchises dont go 13 years without barely sniffing the playoffs and losing in the first round the few times they actually get there.

I judge a GM on two things, hiring smart coaches and bringing in talent. His decisions have been sound in that regard in the recent past. They may not have all worked out, but at the time they were almost all sound decisions. And that's how you have to judge a decision -- not in hindsight, but with the information you have at the time it's made.

My vote doesn't really fit my opinion, but it's the closest I can get.

You honestly believe hiring Switzer, Gailey and Campo were sound decisions?

You honestly can't read, "in the recent past?"

Actually Garrett is the one that told Jerry that BJ was adequate and he was upset when BJ stank up the joint. But hey who cares about what actually happened and PANIC.

I do not panic about football. Also 4 of those years were Parcells years but I guess thats all on Jerry too. Look up a fallacy of causation and get back to me.

I read your posts and you come across as a fake positive person. I could be wrong, but some folks are always positive and you can feel it is genuine. They see life differently and talk differently. Your tone is always is an abrasive way. Like i said, if i am wrong, then i apologize.

At least under Parcells they when went from a joke of a 5-11 team to a talent laden team that was set up personnel wise. Yes there were still holes but he filled an awful lot of them. We went from one draft disaster after another to team with some sound drafting principles. There is no doubt that Parcells mark was left on this team, I doubt any of will be saying that about Wade after he falls on his face again next season.

Jerry always puts a good product out there on the field for us fans and makes us think we always have a chance. He takes risks where other people won't, which makes it exciting for us . I respect him for that, but sometimes too much talent won't gel.

Talent without coaching and leadership is wasted money!

I judge a GM by his roster decisions contributing to an end

the end is what I weigh more

but that's just me
