Do you think Dak is hiding from the Eagles game?

He will have made a miraculous recovery in time for the Lions game. Don't worry about that.

However, It would get interesting should the Cowboys beat the Eagles with Rush at QB as the Lions and Bears would probably be won with Tebow (in his current state) at QB - how could Rush be left out against the Lions if beating the Eagles then imagine the team going 7-0 with Rush. How could he be left out after the bye week?

Meh the 40 million dollar princess will probably just get hurt again anyway.
Good point that isn't really mentioned - he's basically an accident waiting to happen at this point in his career. He will probably pull a hamstring trying to get out of bed next.

Last year Dak won 11 games. All NFL games are tough. The Giants just beat Green Bay. Sometimes I wonder about Zoners and their lack of knowledge about the NFL.
Polls showed that NFL coaches, players and execs ranked him in their top 10 this past offseason.

They know a LOT more about football than you do.

Give a top 10 QB a dominant defense and he can win a Super Bowl. Happens all the time in this league. Even average QBs have won rings with a dominant defense.
And those same GMs, coaches and players miss all the time on draft picks. So no they don't know more than me or some people in this zone. The players that win with a dominant defense are no more. Dilfer was the last and the league doesn't let defenses intimidate with big hits anymore. You can't say Foles because he played lights out football, way better in the playoffs than Dak is capable of. Dak cannot win a SB. He is too inconsistent to go on a winning streak over playoff teams to get to the big dance and once he gets there he would really choke. So no he can't win a SB with this defense. And I've been right so far!!! That's 7 years buddy

Anyone who thinks GM’s, coaches and non- talking head players don’t know more than a couch potato has the wrong opinion of themselves.

Or that the organization is hiding him to give him a softer landing spot versus the Lions at home the following week?

Having to come back at Philly when your replacement hasn’t lost in a month is a tough predicament.

I think the thought of Dak not being able to play in that game is torturing him.

Dak hasn't put up the stats he has since Denver showed the rest of the league how to shut him down. Dak hasn't proven he can overcome the cover 2.

BWAAAAAAA!!!! Are you saying the Cowboys have never faced a cover 2 defense in Dak's 6 year career and won? :lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao::lmao:

Cowboys beat both the Saints and the Giants after the Denver game. More busted lies.

Its the horrid Zeke that couldnt make defenses pay for daring us to run the ball in a 2 deep zone.

You Dak trolls get old but you are right here his injury history is beginning to mirror the previous qb

if the cowboys are smart they move around sine in draft for a good qb

It's smart for everyone to have Dak wait till after philly to come back. Dak looked terrible vs tampa, he needs an extra week to really get back to even that level of confidence in his passing. Doesn't hurt to know rush will probably struggle vs philly. Dak seems injury prone since breaking his leg, and keeping out of harms way of what looks to be a decent philly defense is probably smart to keep Dak healthy long term this year. Plus if dak comes back now and again puts up numbers like he did in tampa which aren't as good as rush minus coopers game vs the rams then too many fans will be calling loudly for dak to get benched. The only way you play dak is if you guarantee he can play well, win, and stay healthy.

If anything I think Dak is dying to play! He wants the individual attention and the accolades directed towards Cooper Rush.
Dak’s ego has taken a bit for sure…and he wants to remind everyone that he is the unquestioned QB of this team. I wouldn’t be surprised if he starts to press and makes mistakes when he gets on the field again.

MM proclaiming that the Qb has to have a full week of practice before playing is a cover all.

If Brady, Mahomes or Rodgers came back from injury midweek and got 2 practices or less they would be there on Sunday playing for their teams…….it’s a way for MM and the FO to keep out Prescott for as long as possible while the team is continuing to win

Elite veteran players dont need a full week of practice. Pure hogwash

Welcome to our drum circle.
I disagree on one point, that Dak is the unquestioned QB of this team.
That is no longer true. At least among fans.

Some of you just can't be happy with a four game winning streak? Always have to stir up some Dak situation. I'm just going to sit back and enjoy the ride.

BAAAAAHAHAAHHAAHAA

You cult members are AMAZING. I might save this post for my own amusement.
:lmao2::lmao2::lmao2:

Pssst... you know NOTHING about football. The following AVERAGE QBs either won a Super Bowl or got to a Super Bowl since Trent Dilfer did it in 2000...

Eli Manning, Joe Flacco, Jimmy Garoppolo, Jared Goff, Colin Kaepernick, Brad Johnson, Ben Roethlisberger in his 2nd year, Matthew Stafford, Rex Grossman, Peyton Manning in his final season...

“DURRRR THOSE DAYS ARE NO MORE, DAK ISN’T GOOD ENOUGH AND YOU NEED A DOMINANT QB NOW DURRRRRRR”

If Dak were to come back for the Eagles game, the narrative is going to be that he is rushing back because he is "afraid" that Cooper Rush is going to take his job,

If he is unable to play, then the narrative will be that he is "scared" to play the Eagles. So the Dak critics are going to use a narrative against him no matter what happens.

Yup, that way they get you coming or going. They've got it down to a science.
