Do you think Dak is hiding from the Eagles game?

Not at all. He was awful and I am no Dak apologist. However, if you can be objective and provide an honest assessment of the QB situation Dallas, Dak is best suited to be the Cowboys QB.
You love Dak, I love winning. Those two things won't coexist if Dak is inserted into the Philly game. Cooper Rush should get one more start and after that Dak can have his job back. Week 7 is the right time for Dak to return unless he needs to do as Gallup did by taking an extra week to get mentally prepared.

I think bringing Dak back against Philly after not being able to grip a football for a month is a really bad idea not just for him but for the team. Best case scenario for Dak is that Rush implodes on the road against Philly. That would set him up nicely to return against a weaker team and look like a conquering hero resurrecting the offense.

Don't make excuses for Prescott. He was terrible! Go back and watch the game again.
It's disingenuous to use ONE game to define a player. Everyone sucked on offense. Maybe instead of "going back" we need to move on?

Dak is 7-3 vs the Eagles. Yeah... seems like he's real scared of Philly.

They'll say that this Eagles team is much better than any Eagles team that Dak has beaten before. Yet I can still remember the media and some fans hyping up those Eagles teams in a similar manner to what they are hyping this year's Philly team. And I remember claims about how the Eagles had a much better roster than the Cowboys had at the time and predictions about how those Eagles teams would beat the Cowboys. Yet that didn't stop Dak and the Cowboys from beating them 7 times.

Implying that an NFL competitor is "afraid" of playing a certain team is asinine to me.

I know Dak is a polarizing subject, especially here, but c'mon. He ain't afraid.

Or that the organization is hiding him to give him a softer landing spot versus the Lions at home the following week?

Having to come back at Philly when your replacement hasn’t lost in a month is a tough predicament.
I think fans sound really stupid when they let their dislike for a player affect their thinking and say things that they know is ridiculous.

Rush isn't injured and gives us the best chance to win vs the eagles. That is all. Go for a walk or something, you are reading too much into stuff trying to find reasons to hate dak/jones/cowboys

Why do you want the Boys to lose Dakboifan?

I don’t think they want to put Dak in when he’s kinda cold, with minimal practice and prep. Don’t want him going into the game extra sloppy and turning the ball over or having us go 3 and out.
This!!

The injury to Dak was actually a gift. He sucked the first game of the season and if he played like that in the following games, we likely would have lost as well with a mentally decapitated starting QB. In the meantime, Rush and co. found a blueprint to win by running the ball, protecting the ball, eliminating costly mistakes, and letting the defense keep you in the game, taking opportunities when they present themselves. Not forcing errant passes. Being patient and capitalize on the opponent's mistakes.
I think that is what Dak was referring to when he said, "It's so easy". At least I hope that is what he meant.

why?
he's owned the eagles.
i think they are waiting to get to the bye week.
give the thumb as much time as possible to fully heal.
no need to hide anybody from anything.
we're on a...what...9-0 streak vs our division rivals...a streak dak has contributed to.
wish to hell people would stop with the urban myths about the eagles.
That's a silly argument because the Eagles and the rest of the division has been laughingstocks for years. It was like winning the WAC conference.

This Eagles team is different. They are overrated because they haven't played anybody, but they are certainly better than they were the last few years.

There's simply no good reason to play Dak with a broken thumb that hasn't had enough time to heal. I wouldn't play him against the Lions either.

Propaganda, even if Prescott comes back and loses to Philly he’s still the better quarterback. Defense can’t keep bailing out rush
The defense could bail out Rush, but it couldn't bail out Dak.

Ponder that.

The panic is coming from the Dak trolls watching Rush reel off 4 straight victories.

Agreed. You Dak trolls are panicking. Whatever Rush can do Dak can do much better. Just make sure you stick around troll.
