Absolutely fn not. Jerry and Stephen only care about building the Cowboys brand into the entertainment capital of sport which they have done. Fans will continue to eat up merchandise and flood the stadium.

Entertainment culture....check
Football culture....gives zero f*****

Part of Jerry's psychopathy is him believing that he has ability to lead his team out of any disaster and has in fact, already laid out the groundwork to do so………delusional beyond repair

LOL! Half of this board just couldn't wait for today to post stuff. I'm convinced 50% of you are happy it went this way so you could continue complaining on a forum.

Would be mine also

He desperately wants to win
Anyone that knows Jerry thinks that anyone that thinks otherwise has no clue.
Extremely competitive man

If people want to argue that he is delusional and goes about it the wrong way....that his teams are usually a "B" and sometimes a "B+" but will never be an "A" or A+", well, I won't argue.
But oh yeah, he wants to win.
But only w/ a really bad GM. Soooo, does he really want to win?

Serious question…

Do you think Jerry wants to win a Super Bowl again before he passes….he’s getting pretty old now

My guess is he is comfortable living in the past
Jerry wants nothing more than to win another SB but what he doesn't understand or wont admit is that he is in the way of that.

He wants to win. Just not bad enough. The winning owners of the last 26 Super Bowls all wanted to win bad enough to hire someone else to run their football operations. It’s not rocket science.

Here’s Jerry’s top 3 priorities in order of importance:
  • Make big money.
  • Get to play with his toy with his kids the way he wants to do it.
  • Win.
He wants to win. It’s just not his utmost priority. Otherwise he would have stopped his charade that he’s a “football guy”.
Agree 100%. It’s all on him.
