if turning it around means winning the SB or at least making it to the NFC championship game, it would almost be worth it. But let’s be honest, none of that is happening.
I feel turning it around is winning the horrible NFC East and hosting a playoff game. That’s why cutting him loose now is so important. Don’t give him yet another opportunity to convince Jerry to keep him for just a little longer. Cut him now even if it means we may hire Richard or Moore, which we still may do if we fire Garrett after the season.

Its embarassing that he is still here and even scarier that Jerry STILL thinks he is gonna right this sinking ship

He needs to go, he’s had more than enough time to make us a consistent contender, but he’s not achieved it.
He also needs to go for his own good, he needs to go somewhere else and try something different.
Don’t think anything bad can be said about him as a person, he genuinely seems a really good person... it’s just he’s not the man to lead the Dallas Cowboys.

My choice, which it's not one of the choices, is to fire the entire coaching staff. While Jerry is at it, fire himself as GM.

Jerry won't fire Garrett if the team is still in contention for the division.

He thinks without Garrett, the team has zero chance of making the playoffs this year.

So there it is...until the next game anyway.

Given the post game roller coaster of emotions, let's see how everyone feels :D
I mean he can't be fired after the season because his contract is up. But I would vote for leave him be until the season is over

After the Bills Game , Jerry was crying with tears in his eyes praising and "backing up" Garrett.

He will be get a 10 year extension .

I voted for extend him but it was an accident. I struggle with the iPhone.

I think firing/not firing Garrett is incidental. Garrett has run his course and needs to go just because but taking Garrett out of it for a moment, I don’t see some college guru coming in here and turning it around. Jerry has established a dangerous culture here and it is showing through lack of player leadership and execution. Garrett has his role in this, sure, but even Parcells couldn’t get things focused on football.

You wait until after the season because we don't need anybody from this staff being the long term solution.
