It would have been better to tag Cooper and sign Dak. Cooper would be gone though. And we would have a 3rd round pick to show for it.Salary cap. It’s typical in Dallas to load up on offensive skill positions and nickel and dime on defense. That’s why this team has sucked for 25 years. Cooper being signed was beyond idiotic. Especially considering the hardball they were playing with Dak. They should have tagged Cooper. After the draft they would have known he was a short stay.

A haul for gallup? Never. 2nd round pick and another lower pick? Id contemplateAbsolutely want him back. Wouldn’t hesitate to see what his trade value looks like, but if I’m not getting a haul back I’ll probably pass.
MY thought exactly.Who would say no and why? Only at CZ.
I'd only consider a draft-day trade for a 2021 2nd or 3rd rounder. I wouldn't do a trade for a 2022 draftee. Jarwin's the reason why I'm jettisoning Gallup. Guys already under contract for 2 additional years. Schultz will be cheaper to retain. Draftee could be used to replace Gallup or get another tight-end. I'd rather keep him Gallup though. This poll is one of several being created to show current fan opinions about Cowboys players returning for the 2021 season.
You can use whatever qualifiers you want in your posts, but the poll does not care about your qualifiers!
Please tell me this is sarcasm. If not you should definitely apply for a head coach h job immediatelyI'm voting No. I don't want no Gallup, Dak, Zeke, Cooper, Tyron, Collins, Lamb, or Tank. Get them all outta here.
Gotta trade him, while his value is high. We have good receivers, and at least two TEs that are good receivers. Time to sacrifice to help some on defense.
If you can turn your number 3 WR into a defensive starter...Who would say no and why? Only at CZ.
He only has one year left on his deal. And you need a lot of help on defense.Bring me the people who voted no.....
Gallup's 2019: 66-1107-6
Gallup's 2020 with a game to play: 55-794-5
That's a clear regression.
Does he get a break for the QB situation?
