Bradie James is not an adequate comparison. There is a difference in the expectation level between a very high second round choice and a fourth round choice.

Burnett is not a "bust" yet, but I am sure the team is disappointed in his production after his first year.

How is this for an adequate comparison - Osi Umenyiora. He was drafted in the second round by the Giants in 2003. He had 1 sack his rookie year, 7 sacks last year, and there were hordes of Giants fans frothing at the bit to call him a bust this year - until he managed 12.5 sacks through the first 15 games. Happens all the time and at a lot of different positions. A lot depends on the guy, a lot on the situation he's in. At this point even trying to pass judgement borders on the ridiculous.
