The man will make $533,000 next year. He was royally screwed during the draft. He proved his worth. You think Jerry rips up the contract and sweetens the pot. Or you think he's getting $100,000 handshakes...
He already got it. His contract far exceeds what most undrafted free agents get.
Compared to his 1st round status that was robbed of him due to unfortunate circumstances that were out of his control? Feel for him, and wouldn't mind some $100,000 handshakes in the meantime (I guess after 3 years is the limit they can officially redo his deal). If we want to retain him long term I think that would be the best option for JJ.

Boom goes the dynamite!Every NFL team will get around $4 million to divide among its players as part of the NFL's performance-based pay system (which does not count against the salary cap). Collins will likely get around $300,000 of that, more than anybody else on the team. So that's a nice pay bump.
Why do you care?
What is it about fans who actually want to see the team have to pay more for their players?

CBA allows teams to redo rookie deals after 3 seasons but...La'el Collins will definitely make up for some of the money he lost. His next deal will be pretty big.
it is two years for UDFAs
