This blip was to be expected. What it comes down to now, does Moore adjust, or just throw the same stuff against the wall and pray? His scheme has been derailed. Now what? Can he do it?

Yes, I have faith that he can. Why? I believe in the kid, and still do. Two stinkers in a row, now it's time for him to show his mettle.

Let’s see if he can show it next week. This week is a similar challenge as first 3 games.

To me, it's not about the challenge, it's about watching to see if some changes are made. W/ Dak as QB, I absolutely believe short stuff must be a major part of your arsenal. I wanna see a chain moving O that can go downfield at times, not a downfield O that lives by the big play.

I have faith in him as well. However, I’m not so sure that the GB game can be categorized as a “stinker”. The offense moved the ball very well, both through the air and in the running game. What killed Dallas in that game was mistakes by the players on offense and the defenses inability to stop the Packers enough.

I know it has been talked about a lot on here, but it is true... the turnovers and penalties just killed any chance Dallas had.

As far as Moore is concerned, the offense was plenty potent and caused all kinds of problems for the GB defense... and that was without Tyron Smith the whole game and Collins for half the game.

The scheme has not been derailed though. That is the frustrating thing. Against NO we had 1 uncharacteristic Witten fumble as he was running up the seam on a great play, and a questionable fumble by zeke. Against GB how often does Dak throw 3 int's? Those aren't scheme failing mistakes as the guys were open and had a chance to make the play they just failed. The big question for me is how does Moore adjust? Does he go back to linehan conservative and run too much or only have receivers run easy comebacks or does he keep this more aggressive style that has a bigger chance of turnovers if they don't make the play?

The level of the competition will often force the issue , situation and tempo.

The scheme hasn't been derailed.
You focused too much on one word instead of examining the idea.

Not completely derailed, but the O was erratic. Mo needs to figure out ways to consistently move the ball. I thought there was too much downfield stuff instead of chain moving stuff.

Yes and no. There are things in the scheme that didn't work all that well. Need adjustments.

Our defense is what needs attention. When the offense got going we went up and down the field. GB scored whenever they wanted.

True. However, consistency on O is also key. Our O sputtering was also one of the reasons we got down 31-3.

Apparently 550+ yards of offense isn’t enough anymore. We need 700 yards of offense

when is this guy going to adjust and start breaking every record

"Adjustments" is a misused term. Teams make adjustments ever down.
Or there is a huge variation on the definition of it in a football sense. An adjustment might be as simple as having a receiver run a yard further on his route, or maybe a cross instead of a slant. Might be throwing more RB passes, or more 10 yard passes to open up the running game.

I know we were behind, but even considering that I thought we threw too much longer stuff

Funny.
It's only been 5 weeks, and you're asking as if his stuff is already old and stale.
Maybe it's not Moore that's the problem. Maybe the players can't execute his plays.
