Does this disgraceful performance ensure Wade is gone?

This much talent, no results. I'd say he has to be done. I hope he is done.

honestly
i think the whole coaching staff is gone
garrett might be kept
but i highly doubt it
this team just hasnt performed well..
look at parcells..his team is a first down away from making playoffs
and they weren't even a winning team

It will be interesting to see what Jerry does. He made himself look bad by standing by a pathetic coach and coaching staff, now that he's been embarrassed, what will he do?

I think Wade will be gone, Jerry will make sure we keep everyone else, and we won't find a good coach because any coach out there would want control of the operation.

Better question - if Jerry was only the owner, would he tolerate this type of performance from his GM?

At some point, I have to second guess just how much talent we do have. If one guy going down on the OL(Kosier), can make this OL go from a good one to an average one, something else is going on. The receivers seem to have turned on the coaches and perhaps Romo.

The injuries to Barber and Jones have been significant, no doubt. But something else is the problem and I cannot ID it. Shame.

We still have too many issues with tackling on D as well. What did they do in training camp?

I hope Wade is gone. He has no fire and it shows with our team. We need a coach with fire, like a Jeff Fisher or Mike Tomlin.

I hope we keep Garrett as he is still young and will improve as a coach. Would be stupid to dump him now. He will only learn from this year.

Wade needs to be gone.
Garrett only collected a check this year. That's it. Job performance wise he sucked big time. Whatever magic he had last year is going, going, gone.

Dump the staff and some players.

Some players are great during the season but just come up short when it matters (Newman being one of them). It sucks.

I say dump Jerry Jones. Just like several long time Cowboy fans have said, Jimmy did a great job of making Jerry look smart. Ever since Jimmy, the coaches and players have changed, but what has not changed is Jerry Jones. Until Stephen forces Jerry out, it will be the same crap different season. Jones is even a worse owner than Al Davis

I think the "talent" and signing bonuses given out by Jerry Jones to a lot of these players wasn't warranted...

This is worse than the Campo San Fran game.

You go into the season as the front runners to win it all. You return a team with 13 Pro Bowlers, add dynamic players like FJones and The Real Roy Williams.... and your team regresses.

Don't give the "injury" excuse. The Steelers lost three starting offensive lineman, and their top two runners - yet they still were strong all year.

This team is a joke. They aren't even a team. Just a bunch of individuals and egos.

Get rid of Wade.

Get rid of Garret.

Get rid of Owens.

Get rid of Flozell.

I was with you up to this point. Garrett is a horrible play caller and doesn't put players in position to make good players. I hope he is not back. Change the staff, change the system. It isn't working.

Who knows with JJ: I guess it depends on whether he had a 8 Martini game or a 3 Martini game. Either way, I would think this would humiliate even him into admitting he was wrong. Time to start all over again.............
