Does this disgraceful performance ensure Wade is gone?

I hope Jerry wakes up and smells the coffee. Wade has got to go! To have a team as poorly prepared as today in a must-win game to make the playoffs is as pathetic as it can get.

As long as Romo commits costly turnovers, this Cowboys team will never win a playoff game. We need a new coach that will reign him in and make him a more disciplined QB.

Nope.

I hate to say it but I wouldn't be suprised if Wade Phillips is back next year.

I wouldn't be suprised if it has more to do with still wanting to promote Jaosn Garrett to Head Coach, but understanding that he is not ready.

This is worse than the Campo San Fran game.

You go into the season as the front runners to win it all. You return a team with 13 Pro Bowlers, add dynamic players like FJones and The Real Roy Williams.... and your team regresses.

Don't give the "injury" excuse. The Steelers lost three starting offensive lineman, and their top two runners - yet they still were strong all year.

This team is a joke. They aren't even a team. Just a bunch of individuals and egos.

Get rid of Wade.

Get rid of Garret.

Get rid of Owens.

Get rid of Flozell.
Don't stop with those 4, throw Romo in there too dude, throw Roy Williams in there, the entire offensive line, the entire defensive coaching staff, don't just stop there.

This one Cowboys game I'm glad I didn't see. I'm traveling b ack to Dallas from Christamas vacation. I said I wasn't going to try to find out the results til we got home and I could watch myself on TiVo. I couldn't wait. Checked out the score of 24-3 on my blackberry. Sigh, no longer in a hurry to get home.

Here's what I have to say...
1) I hope this puts to rest any rumors that Romo was worth a flying *#c*
2) Any offensive coach that puts the offense out there in a shotgun on 3rd and 1 should be B slapped.
3) Son of Bum has to go... along with everyone else on that staff including the red-headed savior.
4) Jerry Jones needs to finally (and this is important) get the hell out of the way and allow a real coach to come in, build hisd own staff and run that team. Oh yeah... get a team manager too Jerry that's not named Jerry.

I've had it! This team need a serious change and that change starts at the very top.

Any coach who is overruled by a QB to not punt needs to be banned by Goodell. I'm not saying I don't agree with the call. I liked what Romo produced on the play but it's very telling.

Jerry doesnt have the marbles nor sense to make the moves he needs to make; I keep reading the same story.

Next year the Cowboys will be opening their new stadium. This is going to be a LONG.....LONG....offseason. Jerry HAS TO fire Wade in hope of bringing in someone to bring hope to this team.

Wade Phillips has no heart and it shows in his team!

I would just dump the entire staff, including Garrett.

there is no question they will.

If Jerry doesnt realize that a qualified GM is needed now more than ever then he is an even bigger egomaniac than I think he is.

A gm needs to be hired. The gm needs to hire a new coach.

The new coach should hire the new staff.

Like every other successful team in the league.

I dont know how it could get more obvious for jerry than watching his staff get beat like that.

Personally I would like to see Wade do the honorable thing and resign - fall on his sword. Wishful thinking maybe, but in an organisation where personal accountability seems to have gone out the window, it would be nice to see that it isn't completely dead.

IMO Wade staying or going depends on who Jerry can Convince to come in and be the next coach.

If he could get Cowher or Holmgren then I think he pulls the trigger.

If he can not get a coach he wants, I think he stays with Wade.

Just my opinion.

Jerry Jones is not giving up General Manager duties.

The ONLY hope is to bring someone in like Bill Parcells, which Jerry Jones will at least listen to and alot of times defer too.

We are stuck with Jerry Jones as GM otherwise.

Up until today I would have said no. After today, I honestly don't see how JJ can bring any of these coaches back. Whatever credibility they may have had is gone.

It looks like we are screwed until Jerry gets the hell out of the way but our problems go deeper than that too

Garrett only collected a check this year. That's it. Job performance wise he sucked big time. Whatever magic he had last year is going, going, gone.

You are correct sir....it's name is Tony Sporano.....Anyone care to disagree???? I think the offensive output from this year compared to last speaks for itself....He probably would have discovered Choice earlier and had a game plan that plays with what you are dealt, starting with the Rams game

The decline of this franchise and it's devolution into a joke team is on GM Jerry Jones. He is the new Al Davis. And we are powerless to stop it.
