It will be interesting to see what Jerry does. He made himself look bad by standing by a pathetic coach and coaching staff, now that he's been embarrassed, what will he do?

I hope Jerry fires the entire coaching staff. I was of the opinion that Wade should stay after the defense turned around, but after this pathetic performance, Jerry needs to make a quick decision tomorrow and start looking for a new coach while the bodies are still warm.

Wade's father would kill him if he settled for that. He would be a great DC for us, though. We really need to change the entire coaching staff. The culture has to change immediately. Bring in a new HC and let him do what he needs to do. The question is who would that be?

Jeeze u know.. getting Cowler in Dallas would be great, but I'm not sure the large number of mental errors Romo makes is fixable.

I think it is fixable with a qualified quarterback coach. Romo's mechanics since the finger injury have been horrible. If by some miracle Wade is still the coach, major changes need to be made.

Yeah, I sadly agree. There is not a single coach that can be said to have done anything more than a decent job this year, and many have flat out failed.

- an OL coach that can teach blitz pickups.

- a D coach that can teach gap responsibilities and discipline.

- a QB coach that can break Romo down and teach him once again how to play QB in this league.

- at this point ANY special team coach. Anyone but Read.

- last but not least, a new coach. Not a retread, not a college coach. Get a young, kickass defensive or offensive coordinator that can demand the respect from the team. Someone who makes it clear that Jones or no Jones, if you cross the coach, if you don't play intelligently and with desire, someone will take your place.

And so it not just on them, several players need to be sent packing.

Hamlin is not going anywhere. He just signed a new deal. A healthy Keith Davis helps you on special teams and he can be the bridge to a new strong safety as I believe Roy Williams played his last game for the Cowboys several months ago.
