Good Lord, I cant believe we are actually discussing the possibility of losing to the Cheifs.

They have lost 23 of their last 25 games fellas, it would be almost as bad as losing to the Lions. If we do somehow blow this game..........Wow, I just dont see how Wade can keep his job.

With the bye week following, we might as well make a coaching change. If we lose to the Cheifs, aint no coming back from that type of a loss. Going into the bye week at 2-3 after getting beat by a team that has lost 23 of their last 25 games, that in affect ends the season right there.

No bouncing back from that type of a loss, so yes I would think Jerry would have to pull the trigger.

I definitely think the Cowboys have a good shot at losing this game.

I am afraid they have a good shot of losing this game too.

When your defensive caption states that they don't know how to fix the problems, that's not a good sign.

It will all depend on which Tony Romo we get . . . game one Tony Romo or game 2 Tony Romo. And if we do win, it does not really put us back on track. There are a lot of holes and problems with this team. What I would hate to see happen is we beat KC and eveyone thinks all is normal and we are Superbowl bound.

I think he gets canned if that happens. It would be an inexcusable loss right before a bye which would give a new coach a little time to step in (not much really). I could definitely see that happening. Sad that we even are discussing this...

Why do you think we have a good shot of losing?

We've beaten every team that we had the same or better record.

Besides some questionable play calling, there really isn't any indication that we will lose to the 0-4 Chiefs.

Limited Barber, no Felix, possibly no Roy Williams (not that he is great shakes) means every every WR moves up a spot on the depth chart. Sounds like the Cowboys could be very anemic on offense. In the Buccaneers and Panthers games we had our full arsenal or close to it (no Barber against Carolina obviously). This also a road game and I expect the Chiefs to play up as they still haven't won and this is Dallas they're playing.

Nah.

Even if the Cowboys lose to the Chiefs, Wade keeps his job for a while longer.

I have a very bad feeling about it too. Its an opportunity for the team to lay an egg of embarassment like the Rams game last year. Let's see if the collective clown unit known as the Cowboys can avoid it.

I think Wade gets canned at the end of this season's debacle, this is not a super bowl or playoff team but not after a KC loss.

If we do lose...WOW!! :bang2:
I was thinking about this yesterday, and came to this theory....If this season goes bad..Meaning no playoffs....If I am Jerry, and I have built this incredible stadium that seems to have really expensive seats, parking, food and drinks what is going to keep people coming next year??? New "juice???" If his ego can handle it he simply has to hire a big name coach. He will need to get people excited again about coming out to that place, and spending the money required to do so. What coach brings that Juice? For me, it is Gruden. However, I could see Shanahan. Cower I can't see as he would probably want to either be the GM or bring in one of "his" guys. IMO, we will be competing with, at least, the Commanders and Panthers for the coach we want.

We said the same thing about the RAMS last year, went to St. Louis, and they throttled us.

I know we did not have Romo for that game, but since we never know what Romo is going to show up, I could see us laying an egg in KC.

Fire Wade and replace him with Campo????

Oh dear God no. Campo shouldn't even be on the staff to begin with.

They gave the Ravens a run for their money week 1. The Ravens scored that last TD with little time left.

No, but he should have sucked his ego up an kept Dan Reeves to help Garrett

People like Jerrah and Trump, for instance, don't suck up their ego. He did 1 time and quickly changed his mind.

Well Jerry has never fired a coach mid-season and I doubt he would do it now. You would of thought Campo would have gotten fired mid-season during his tenure, but Jerry stayed the course with him.

No he won't get fired. We could go in there and get absolutely blown out by the Chiefs and Wade will remain coach here until the end of the year. They're not going to make any moves before the offseason. I just don't see it happening.

At this point if we lost to the Chiefs I think Jerry would simply switch focus from caring if we made the playoffs this year to simply wanting Dallas to win all of it's remaining home games and he'll think of that as a success on the year.

It'll be interesting if we somehow blow this game to KC. I really don't know what to expect with this team week-to-week. Does Jerry seriously consider canning Wade if we lose to the winless Chiefs?

Who will be our D coordinator if we fire wadE?

*sigh* Reggie Herring would be the best candidate.

Or Todd Grantham, who is the only staff member besides Wade to call plays for a 3-4 defense.
