Million dollar athleticism, ten cent head. You cant fix stupid,....should have never been drafted. Give me a well adjusted unathletic player "by NFL standards" with a good head on his shoulders EVERY single time over a hyper athletic moron with a bad attitude and work ethic. At least they wont screw you over and will help you win. The NFL is littered with Dan Campbell types who made good while the ranks of Ex NFL'rs is filled to the brim with KJ and David Irving types. You cant win with STUPID. AT ANYTHING.

The kid has talent.

Just needs to get his head right.

When he’s not sleeping, he needs to be at work. 12 hour days.

Instead of running the streets.

(sigh) Really so sad about certain fans here.
Clueless and just dunno what they are talkin' about.

McClay is one of the most innovative player personnel executives in the NFL, but he's being restrained by
the Jones work in the FA and trade market: so it's too much/too often about NFL draft only.
And that's always a Hit and Miss with ANY NFL team.

Much of this Cowboys player success is because McClay has successfully added and structured to
what McClay has strongly contributed:
Dak, Lamb, Diggs, Bland, Ferguson, Bell, Tyler Smith, Sam Williams, Pollard, Turpin and pick up FAs and low bargain trades like Gilmore, Cooks, Hankins, Fowler and FG kicker Aubrey, Anger, etc.

McClay remains a huge, strong reason why we are among playoff contending NFL teams, whether fans
like this realize it or not.

So players are judged on mistakes they've made as teenagers??? Thats who they'll be for life???

I swear some of yall allow the dumbest things in the world to come out of your heads and mouths.

Alot of players show that they are good players and model citizens before they are drafted..... then turn out to be busts, woman beaters, drunk drivers, etc, after they're on an NFL roster. They don't count though, huh....
Great Post!!

Plus the hypocrisy of Cowboys "fans" celebrating the 90s team then acting sactimonous about the current players and teams is very Karenish....

Kelvin Joseph is going to be one those guys that will wake up one day and realize he is 32 years old and blew a good chance to make some real money in the NFL.

I don't think the Cowboys will want him back. They don't seem to look back ever. I am pretty sure the Cowboys traded him when they realize he is not coachable and he is not going to change. But he has the speed and athleticism to play, just not the brain.

At this point he can’t be worse than Lewis
yes, he can. But he might be a guy they can use on special teams - if he can stop the stupid penalties. Still, is he worse than Wright?

Yah, exactly. If there's a guy available with consistent issues and another who's a model citizen, the decision is made for you. AKA - Asante Samuel JR, Aaron Banks, JOK (CLE), Nick Bolton.

After playing in 3 of the first 4 games of the season, the Dolphins made Joseph inactive for 4 of the last 5 games. Apparently something is amiss for him not be on the field consistently - even just for special teams play.

Dallas could use any one of these guys.

Wait a few weeks then sign him to the PS unless the coaches do not like him personally. He can contribute on ST and was ok as the 5th or 6th CB in spot duty.
