i'm a pizzaholic and I saw the commercial so i'd figure i'd give it a shot. plus my usual pizza place was closed and Domino's was still delivering at the time. I didn't want to go out cause I was watching the NFC championship game.

Yep lazyness, that's when I eat Dominoes. Otherwise I go to the pizza joint originally from NY and get take out. I wish they delivered...

I live in NY, can't remember the last time I had big chain pizza. A friend of mine ordered Dominos a couple of months ago for a UFC get together and it was inedible. A slice you could get for 99 cents at a hole in the wall around here is probably better than 95% of the pizza served around the country.

Actually that's very true. A great crust is about 90% of a pizza. And good crusts are hard to come by outside of a few urban areas (and the northeast in general).

Thin crust pizzas in my neck of the woods are unreliable. Sicilian style pizzas are pretty decent. Of course, so many of the thin crust in the Atlanta area are those razor thin crusts, it's depressing. I don't like 1mm crust pizzas very much.

David.

Sbarros?

Chicago style is just a thick crust.

No, it's not that simple. Sicilian style pizza has a thick crust and looks nothing like a good Chicago pie. Then there is Detroit style, another thick crust pizza. Pizza is a food with tons of regional variability..

The best pizzas I've had were the grilled pizzas done by a now-closed restaurant called C.K's Pizza in Norcross Georgia (an Atlanta suburb). Craig Priebe no longer works in Atlanta but his cook book is out there.

For what it's worth, I've never chosen to eat a Domino's pizza. I might have when someone else ordered one.

Just saw they have a location in FW, so I'm gonna check it out next time I go up there.

The food looks delish.

Yep, they even offer a salad combo with your pizza.
