No I watched the video several times. When he got the ball he took 2 steps. Thats a completion. On the 3rd step he lunged into the endzone and the ground caused the ball to be jarred. The only reason why it came lose was because he was lunging into the endzone which constitute a completion and a football move.

Stop pretending like you know everything. The refs got it wrong big time on this one.

You would be right he he took those step fully upright and then dove for the end zone. What you refuse to accept is that those steps came as he was clearly going to the ground. Therefore, he must maintain possession. He didn't. It's the rule that sucks not the reversal.

NOT A FOOTBALL MOVE MY ***

That pic says it all. The ball didn't come down right where it was in the pic. He used his right arm to allow his left hand stretch the ball towards the end zone.
Its not even close.

I could see your point if he went to the ground in the same normal motion. However he did not. He switched hands with the ball and lunged towards the end zone. So he did not just go to the ground like the rule is written to enforce.

Have you officiated an NFL game before?

Wow sounds like you have nothing intelligent to add at this point.

Have you ever officiated an NFL game before? Or do you just attempt to play one on a message board?

Watch the play again. He caught the ball hand two hands on it took two steps. Thats a completion. Your being blinded by the fact that refs don't make mistakes. They did with this call big time. Dez did not bobble the ball going down. In fact, the only reason why he lost control of the ball was when he lunged into the endzone which indicates a football move.

If that's the case, then Dez should know the comet important thing there is maintaining control not the TD.

He jumps for the ball, catches it, comes down, and immediately begins falling to the ground. As he is going down, he takes a few steps which mean nothing. I don't think it matters if he switches hands or whatever. Because he is going to the ground, he must maintain possession. He didn't. Incomplete pass.

Buh bye…CLICK!

You have to understand people aren't going to see your POV. The rule is up for interpretation. I think he made a football move, you don't...but dang you're being abrasive right after a huge controversial loss

You and a few others are the ones playing ref. How intelligent is it to claim those who are trained to make calls are all idiots?

It wasn't as clear as day or the call wouldn't have been reversed go tell those who made the call to go have their eyes checked. Dude don't get personal with me or I'll be done with you on this board.

The ones who are trained to make this calls do see my POV. I could care less if a bunch of FANS on this board don't see it. Dude, I'm not the one being abrasive I understand why the call was reversed it's the ones who can't see why the play was reversed that are being abrasive.

Nope. Your wrong. He had control. Took 2-3 steps and tucked it under his arm. Then when he was going onto the ground the ball was loss and his arm hit the ground but not the ball. Thats a TD.

That was not the right call. If he didn't have control of the ball why was he still able to move the ball under his arm? There is no argument that was an incomplete pass. In fact, one angle showed that his arm hit the ground and not the ball which then should have been a TD.

Give it up. Dez had full control of the ball while landing and took 2-3 steps. The refs are clearly wrong on this.
