yea i like the way, you changed my sig, but didn't change the little "were doomed" crap by my name....whats the matter? you can dish it, but cant take it?

anyways...thats the problem with most of us Americans, its a sad country, just can't wait to see someone get jammed up....you all love the drama and are so quick to see a man get prosecuted ....a-rod...bonds....ect...thats all that makes the headlines, just love to see a person get jammed up

What if he wasn't drunk? and it was just a complete Accident on both sides? does he really deserve to get his freedom taken away, especially if he didn't mean it, or isn't a real evil person?

if someone hit and killed, a family member of mine, by complete accident, and they weren't drinking, or being dumb....yea id still be pissed, and be thinking crazy thoughts, but in a clear mind state, at the end of the day, its life, sad, but its true

but if he was drunk, then give him whatever, because that would basically be his fault

Not exactly endorsing names there.

And as for "if he wasn't drunk", then he won't get "jammed up".

Report: Prosecutors poised to charge Stallworth with DUI

Mike Florio of Profootballtalk reports that as authorities in South Florida wait for the results of a blood draw performed on Browns receiver Donte’ Stallworth, a source with knowledge of the investigation tells us that prosecutors are preparing an indictment for DUI manslaughter, under the assumption that the results will show that Stallworth’s blood alcohol content exceeded the legal limit of 0.08 percent when he collided with a pedestrian, who later died.

Per the source, Stallworth admitted to drinking at least four Patrons and two Margaritas. A separate source called that information “basically right,” but added that Stallworth contends he had his last drink at midnight. The incident occurred after 7:00 a.m. local time.

how much liquor is in the patron and margaritas that it didn't pass through him by 7 am?

Consider yourself PMed., I admit I don't look at skin color, but I'm pretty sure Liz was not a Black man when we gave her that blood test.

Pretty sad that Stallworth could kill a person and he'll be less a pariah than Terrell Owens.

Or maybe, some people use a DD.
I'll guarantee you this. 100% of the people who has had a drink away from their home, has driven under the influence at least once. All it takes it once, so be careful of the stones you throw, we may be reading about you.

BTW, I feel bad for the family of the victim.

Even the TO good deed, when he helped the guy up...or even on punk'd...even though he was being punk'd he was helping the old ladies n men..in the car crash....that stuff never makes the headline...its always the negative....

America thrives on the Negative......they love to see a man get jammed and caught up, they want tho worst for you....you can take a bullet for a guy, but because TO was a cancer in the locker room or crying for the ball, he's a bad guy

they love to see a person get the worst

Huh, no you won't, because I don't drink out. If I go out with friends, I am the DD.

Maybe some haven't explained themselves very well, and I certianly can't speak for everyone, but I believe that most want him convicted if he was drunk or high. But if he wasn't, then you are right, just a bad circumstance.

By the way, when you say "dead" in your post, do you mean deed? And if you did mean deed, then you must not have read the story that told of how Romo stopped to help a couple change a flat.

It also did not say anything about the pedestrian being drunk nor walking against a redlight.

My objective was to state that making this a race issue is assinine:starspin

I find it ridiculous that the people that constantly blame racism for everything are normally the very first ones to play the race card. We're constantly told race shouldn't matter when it comes to a job, promotion, how your'e treated by authorities, etc. I agree with this 100%, as we all should. But, the very people that claim race shouldn't matter are often the first ones to use race to further their agenda, get what they want, blame someone or something else for their acts. Racism will never vanish until EVERYONE stops using it as an excuse, whether black or white.

Too many people use race for a crutch when they have no other way to defend their actions or those of others.

When someone is killed, every possible means for determining what happened should be employed. The drawing of blood in this situation is not profiling, it is an attempt to determine what caused the death of a human being. IF Donte's blood shows he was LEGALLY drunk, then he should receive what punishment the law allows. In response to those who wonder about the individual that was killed, I am sure that the coroner will determine whether he/she was drunk aswell. If so, that will have to be taken into account at the trial if this goes that far.

But one thing is for sure, if Donte was LEAGLLY DRUNK when he got behind that wheel he shoulders the majority of the blame. As he should.......

You are breaking the first rule

and you are breaking rule number 2...damn it i broke 3

that was such a great movie

Tyler Durden: Man, I see in fight club the strongest and smartest men who've ever lived. I see all this potential, and I see squandering. damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy poop we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off.

What in the world are you babbling about? I have never changed your sig. You want a different av title let me know and I will change it. No sweat.

I have no idea what that has to do with the post above yours that I was commenting on but maybe you just needed to whine.

Oh, and I believe 99.5% of America wants to see someone "jammed up" if they are guilty of a crime. I have never heard of anyone who wants someone innocent jailed. I will however give you .5% who might be dumb enough to want innocent people in jail. I find those people to be counter balanced by people who don't want anyone to ever go to jail. Basically saying that only 1% of our population in America is completely stupid about the purpose of jail and who should go. The vast majority of us get it.

Honestly, what kind of post can we expect from a person having a Pacman signature ?

That's the first thought that popped into my mind. Pacman is one of the dumbest losers you'll find, yet he's glorified here by Al Sharpton Jr.
