AP has proven in big games and in small, game in and game out he not only is arguably the best back in the NFL right now, but can carry that team on his shoulders with or without a QB that is worth anything, even his bad games are better than most starting running backs on 31 other teams, there is no comparison, just like when Emmit was in his prime, Aikman on Aikman off, he could carry the team to victory.............

If "The Catch" hadn't happen, the Cowboys would probably have 6 Superbowl rings.

Line 'em each up in their prime and Tony outthrows all of them.5Stars;2965143 said:Today, that is true.

wow. based on what? stats? His career hasn't fully played out yet, so Romo's place isn't quite clear, but I wouldn't put him ahead of at least 2 of those guys and probably not all 3. There's more to qb play than stats, like leadership, character, coming through in the clutch, the ability to bounce back, command in the huddle. I'd say Staubach and Aikman excelled in most of those areas. Romo? Not so much. At least not yet.theogt;2965135 said:Romo > Aikman > Staubach > White
