Was there ever any doubt?
Interesting, though since "Commander" is a term that is never used in polite society, football fans don't need to include "Washington" in their Google searches. If you compare "Commanders" to "Dallas Cowboys" the trends are closer. Similarly, "cowboys nfl" beats "eagles nfl," "Commanders nfl," and "giants nfl," but not by nearly as much as the OP graphic.

haha its funny the only time we get beat is when another team is in the super bowl
also sad because imagine the spike if we ever made it.

Notariety is not necessarily popularity. The Cowboys are the most polarizing team in the NFL. Many of those searches are from non-fans.

It's the second most valuable sports team on earth, and regularly is in the top 5-10 in jersey sales (yearly), how much more popular can you get?
good post Reality
i dont think anyone doubts the popularity of the dallas cowboys, we just question its recent record, lack of success, and bemoan how much more popular it would be if we actualy won anything
lolI think most of those searches are Cowboy fans trying to find out how to get logged on to this new forum!
