Good point, but I seriously doubt that. Unless we are intentionally trying to make the same mistake the Mavericks did.
Man if they did trade Parsons hopefully it's for a kings ransom. Anything short of multiple 1sts would just be awful. I still want Parsons here, he's a generational talent that doesn't come along often...

Seems to me like Micah holds the power at least for the first 10 weeks of the season because he doesn't have to show up until then.

I don't care who "wins" or what happens. I would just like to move past hearing about it.
He doesn't get paid his $1.2 plus million game checks either. Which is why he's trying to get a doctor to claim he's injured.

I'm ready to roll the dice on the trade.

With him we won't be great, just a "solid" middling team.

Without him and 2 1sts at least (maybe a 2nd or 3rd) PLUS 40+ million in cap space so 2 good FA starters, who knows.

He will be better than anyone we bring in, I get that but the 4 or 5 players we get in return may make us a much better team overall.

Stuff it, I like to gamble so roll the dice and let's see.

Trading Micah makes a ton of sense.

I just don’t trust the Cowboys to get the right value for him.

I'm not on any side, but if I were in his shoes and that much money was sitting there I'd do that too :D

No, it absolutely is not because it is in the future, which drops it's value by 1 round in 2026 and by 2 rounds in 2027.

Plus these picks would be even lower with Micah on their team.

For a trade to happen today for future picks on a team like GB, it would have to be 4 1st round picks.
True but I am still thinking about the Pickens trade. Dallas has no 3rd round pick next year. Sending away Micah gives them 2 firsts and 2 seconds in next year's draft. Perfect opportunity to add four impact players; or trade way up and still have a 2nd left over.

Limited Diggs if he plays at all
Bland
Elam
Steward 7th rounder with very little actual game play
Bridges

I know many if you are upset about DT spot. But CB was my biggest concern and nothing to really improve has been done.

I know we have Diggs returning and Revel maybe coming. But this is pretty bad spot to be in.

Frustrating as a fan.

Let's hope for an injury free game there. Maybe after week 1 they add Gilly or a vet.

This is the player version of the franchise tag threat.

No speed it’s a very slow three if you don’t have a running game, you can shut that down easily and then you can creep your safeties up to stuff to run even more or you can play it straight up.
Speed kills and so do bad GM’s

The "reported" trade package Green Bay would send Dallas is two 1st round picks, a 2nd round pick, and a 5th round pick.

I am assuming that's a 1st and 2nd in 2026 and a 1st and 5th in 2027. Considering the Packers would probably be in the latter part of the round, I am not convinced that's good enough compensation. But still worth discussing as a hypothetical.

We get all that plus clear up 40 million in cap space…

That brightens our future quite a bit.

Maybe try to get GB to throw in a player as well.

What has he done for you to say that? He is just an average football player. He is a generational me first brat like most of his generation, I'll give you that.

The question becomes if the team helps elevate the QB or does the QB elevate the team?

McKee plays on a good team IMO, and if he went somewhere else, he could be thrown to the wolves and look like crap pretty fast.
If they’re going to trade him it won’t matter what the Eagles think of him. Only what one of the other teams think of him. How bad is the injury to his throwing hand?

They’re not getting a first for him, though. That’s crazy.

I say Jerry offers him a 4/200 contract with all guaranteed money. Have Micah sign it, declare his back fsooo much better...Jerry then gets his copy to sign, and he signs the Big Middle Finger....as much as I hate Jerry, I have him overpaying for guys that don't deserve the ask, this is one of those cases. I hate on our QB as much as others on here, but Dak has never walked away from a quote or screen capture looking like a fool like 11 does

I would be open to it, after this season. At that point we would know exactly what picks we would be trading for.
