Looking at WR and TE they are ok but like Mike said defenses won't be loading up the box to stop the run. This will make the run game look better until we face better DL. The eagles will be a tough test to see if the boys can get anything going on the ground.

A combination of jealousy and adulation of authority figures.

The ones who hate Micah the most are the most self loathing and insecure dudes on the board.
This always happens when our players are up for a 2nd contract worth mega $$$$.

Roy Will had the most but the hardest one I think was hit by Jeff Heath on ST. He literally retired a player. I think he was a player from Seahawks.

Based on half of the FanZones denigration of Parsons and their criticism of every aspect of his game other than “inconsequential sacks against bad teams”, I’d say that his trade value is

Cowboys receive
2026 late first round pick
2027 late third round pick
2026 late fifth round pick

Packers receive
Micah Parsons
Cowboys 2024 fourth round pick
That is reality.

Woodson.. Go back and watch the Dallas vs Philly playoff victory game in old Texas Stadium. You'll see a lot of hardest hits ever. When Randall Cunningham was their quarterback. I actually felt sorry for the Eagles. Well....maybe not... :muttley:

If Jerruh was doing his job as GM and engaging with Micah’s agent to negotiate a deal, I’d probably take exception with some of his (Micah) antics. Being that Jerruh wont even get on the phone with his agent I have no issue with what Micah is doing. It hurts the team, and it sucks for the fans, but this is all Jerry’s doing.

Limited Diggs if he plays at all
Bland
Elam
Steward 7th rounder with very little actual game play
Bridges

I know many if you are upset about DT spot. But CB was my biggest concern and nothing to really improve has been done.

I know we have Diggs returning and Revel maybe coming. But this is pretty bad spot to be in.

Frustrating as a fan.

Let's hope for an injury free game there. Maybe after week 1 they add Gilly or a vet.
If Parsons doesn't play or is very limited, not sure it matters who we line up back there.

I'm ready to roll the dice on the trade.

With him we won't be great, just a "solid" middling team.

Without him and 2 1sts at least (maybe a 2nd or 3rd) PLUS 40+ million in cap space so 2 good FA starters, who knows.

He will be better than anyone we bring in, I get that but the 4 or 5 players we get in return may make us a much better team overall.

Stuff it, I like to gamble so roll the dice and let's see.
Hahaha. Yeah. Jerry will definitely use that money well.

It will carry over until 2026 because they have to sign Tyler smith. That’s how it will be spun.

When will you people realize it doesn’t matter whos traded, how many picks they have, or how much cap space.

They will still shop in the bargain bin, draft projects in the second round, and wait until the last round to address the biggest needs on the team.

Wake up.

The last time I can remember the Packers trading a round 1-5 pick for any NFL player was in about 2003 (a 2nd round pick sent to Philly for CB & former Cowboy defensive coach for Al Harris).

The last time the Packers traded a round 1 pick was in 1992 (to Atlanta for a QB named Brett Favre).

The Packers will certainly trade AWAY picks for players as they did with Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams. But parting with a round 1-5 pick FOR a player is just not done in Green Bay under the current uber-conservative GM Brian Gutekunst or his predessor and mentor Ted Thompson.

Making trades FOR players may be standard operating procedure for teams like the Eagles, Chiefs, and Rams, but no team has made fewer trades FOR players this century, this decade, etc. than the Packers.

I make no representations as to whether the Cowboys will move Micah Parsons or not, but, in the unlikely event he is traded, I feel extremely confident in saying that he will not be traded to the Green Bay Packers.
They tried for Mack but were out bid by the Raiders.

After Elliot held out and Daks agent pulling out of a hand shake deal on his first big contract JJ does not like agents.

LMAOOOOOO

Someone play this guy the tape from the SF playoff game .
Trevon Diggs is a joke .

He should have been a Matador .
Did someone ever fart...there you go. That doesn't mean a thing. :omg: :flagwave:

Last season SF was lower in standing than the Cowboys. Silly fan. Rebuild from your fire some more.

:starspin:

Emmitt was the heart and sole of our team. Jerry played chicken and lost. We went 0-2. Troy and Michael could not hold it down with out Emmett.

Emmett also missed 2 other games die to injury that year. Guess what our record was 12-4. We lost all 4 games Emmitt did not play.
Yea and when Parsons misses the first 2 games and the Cowboys give up 40something points, same thing will happen.

I think it's a solid negotiating strategy from Parsons to sit out games if he can get a doctor's note.
