The coaching life is tough, work 15 hours a day, get home late, eat and got to bed. Started walking about 4 or 5 miles a day and lost 100 lbs. Put some back when my metabolism adjusted, but I've maintained my current weight for about five years. Got my yearly physical results two weeks ago and all is good at 54 years old. One year at a time!! Salud!!!

@Corso I am still laughing at this response. For some reason I now want to drive the 45 minutes over to Clint's place and lick that guys face. I too have been close enough to do it. If the thought was in my head at the time, I would have chickened out too.
