What's the off-field deal on McCaffrey?
His dad played for the Giants.
What's the off-field deal on McCaffrey?
He reminds me of Dez a lot as a player. I can't compare their college tape since I didn't watch Dez, but he wins in college how Dez wins now. I don't see enough separation too often and that worries me some. Not a fan of Williams? Who'd you compare him to ceiling wise?
-Mahomes sneaks into late first. Exceptionally gifted and high football characterGimme your draft hot takes fast and concise.
Here's mine:
- Restating what I said weeks ago, CB Desmond King is at best a 2nd-3rd round prospect.
- I think WR Dede Westbrook has been a bit slept on heading toward the draft. If he can keep his head on straight off-the-field, I think Dede Westbrook could be one of the more productive receivers coming out. He reminds me alot of Marvin Harrison and Emmanuel Sanders.
- There's a ton of draft buzz with Solomon Thomas, but I'm not as enamored. His film shows a guy that could beat most college OGs matched up 1-on-, but I don't see a true RDE that can win the edge and he doesn't have much of a pass rush repitiore. Even when inside he's undersized, getting manhandled when double-teamed and washed out. I think he's a LDE that needs more polish to become an effective pressure player.
- This sounds like a dig, but QB Brad Kaaya reminds me of a young Brad Johnson; an efficient passer that won't necessarily beat you his arm talent (ala Matt Stafford or Aaron Rogers) but can play within an offense scheme and be effective moving the ball.
What are yours?
- Marshon Lattimore is the best CB in the draft and there's not even a close second (not Quincy Wilson, Teez Tabor, Sidney Jones, etc.).
God I feel old now .His dad played for the Giants.
I love Jackson and will be interested in seeing how the club values him. They love world class athletic ability in DBs, which he has. They also like size, which he doesnt havedallas values Adoree more than fans think. we like explosive athletes.
-Mahomes sneaks into late first. Exceptionally gifted and high football character Could happen
-Strong HB class will have Mixon slip to early day 3. Maybe
-Takk McKinley will go top 10. Adoree Jackson top 15. Could happen
- JuJu will fall to mid late second round. Will happen
- Watson goes in early to mid second. Wont happen, QBs always overdrafted
-3 Safeties in the top 20 Could happen
-3 HB's in the first round. Maybe 4 with McCaffery Could see McCaffeery in NE
- Dawaan Smoot sneaks into first Dont see this

My thing is how is he brought along? Very talent, if he sits for two years and has a good position coach he can be a good QB. I could see him as a Wilson type. Extremely athletic QB with a rocket arm. I could also see him as a Vick. A thrower not a passer. Or a Bryce Petty. Very good arm talent that just wont get the pro game. To me Watson is all over the place as far as projectionJuicy takes.
I'm not a fan of Watson as an NFL QB either.
Would you be OK with Adoree at 28?
Been doing my mock simulations....and he's gonna be on the board @ 28. Question is...is he worth it?
A poor man's Deion Sanders....I guess you could do worse. But this draft is so deep in CBs through the first 3 rounds....I don't think you need to reach for one in round 1.
That's why I think we will go SS or DT. And probably SS if we don't resign Church.
What's the off-field deal on McCaffrey?
C. Davis is not only the top WR in the draft, but he's in a completely different tier than Williams.
That's a lot of pet cats.Been doing my mocks...and have noticed a few trends I will share.
-CB position is deep through the first 3 rounds..you don't need to reach for one in round 1.
-the DE position/pass rushers is pretty deep as well after the first couple of rounds.

-If you want an impact DT...you better get one early. Same for SS....and ILBer. Think that is gonna be a hot commodity.
-The quality of O-lineman this year is poor....after the top teir guys are gone.
-Could be some sneaky quality picks @ QB..day 3.
Brad Kaaya QB Miami
Patrick Mahomes QB Texas Tech
Davis Webb QB Cal
Joshua Dobbs QB Tennessee
Nathan Peterman QB Pittsburgh
Sefo Liufau QB Colorado
-OL Guys that I think are gonna get drafted....But I wouldn't touch Look like pass protection liabilities.
Zach Banner T/G USC
Adam Bisnowaty RT Pittsburgh
David Sharpe OT Florida
Erik Magnuson RT Michigan
-A lot of quality RBs late.....But isn't that always the case?
-Got a feeling TE Jake Butt is gonna slide because of the knee injury. Too many quality players to take a chance on a TE w/ a injuried knee. Last year Nick Vannette slid to late round 3...w/o a a knee injury. Same type of player. Wouldn't shock me to see JB slide to day 3...a team like Chicago w/ multiple 4ths take a chance.
-Myles Garrett DE Texas A&M....I wouldn't take him #1. Takes too many plays off for my taste.
-The best player/most bang for the buck... in this draft might be...Malik Hooker FS Ohio St.
