No, I think the Texans went on ahead and copywrote it.

Why pass on Reavis who's a much higher rated player and also a return specialist?.

Because the poor guy has a good player who should have been taken by then. So, instead of looking at Dallas team needs and drafting rationally he does the old "Boston Froglegs can't pass up Willie Woofer, PK" routine. This is one reason I resort to writing drafting programs. It's too easy to cheat in exactly this fashion.



I won't even get into misrating players (which is essentially your complaint), because the rating of players can differ between good scouts by whole rounds. It's the least accurate part of drafting.
