Actually, the rumor is that it's a torn rotator cuff, and he's done for the year, and maybe his career is over.

You're probably right. Sean Payton is very secretive with injury details.

They weren't going to beat us with Brees. The Saints are not good anymore.

you never know I'm still not counting that as an automatic win with or without Brees. It gives us a much better chance. Brees is still capable of generating points if he gets hot.

Well of course none of these are automatic wins. I'm just saying the days of going to New Orleans and playing the Saints is not as tough as it used to be. They just aren't very good anymore.

If we can somehow manage to beat Atlanta, which I don't think is an impossible task, then we should be able to roll into the New England game at home at a 4-0 clip and get Hardy, Gregory and RoMac back. What a huge momentum boost that would be.
We really need to beat Atlanta.

the way to beat Atlanta is to dominate the line of scrimmage. Keep everything in front of us defensively. Stop Julio Jones at all costs. Tackle , Tackle , Tackle.

Could be one game that ends up going in our favor without Brees. As long as this team can keep the record at .500 or above by the time that Romo and Dez gets back then we have a chance for a playoff run. Especially in this division.

Unsubstantiated reports out right now that he might have a torn rotator cuff. Awaiting confirmation that may not come until Wednesday.

Wouldn't doubt it....did you SEE their lowlights from yesterday's loss? I felt sorry for the guy....he couldn't throw the ball down field. Something is wrong...real wrong.

I don't see how we're .500 or better when Romo returns if we don't win these two games.

Manziel, Fitzpatrick, Cousins, Winston, Mariotta, and Tyrod Taylor have won games already.

With a good defense, Dallas should get through this fine.

And who in the NFC East is going to run away and hide anyway?

I think they can manage to go 4-3 or better with this team. New England and Seattle look unlikely, but they are here, which should help a little.
