Now NFL Network is saying he might "miss several weeks" That game just got alot more winnable for us
Sunday night football baby!
Manziel, Fitzpatrick, Cousins, Winston, Mariotta, and Tyrod Taylor have won games already.
With a good defense, Dallas should get through this fine.
And who in the NFC East is going to run away and hide anyway?
I think they can manage to go 4-3 or better with this team. New England and Seattle look unlikely, but they are here, which should help a little.
you never know I'm still not counting that as an automatic win with or without Brees. It gives us a much better chance. Brees is still capable of generating points if he gets hot.

We really need to beat Atlanta.
New England is going to slaughter us. That game is gonna be ugly
A Belichick coached defense facing Brandon Weeden?
Bad things.
McCown vs Weeden

Do you realize that the Belichick coached defense you speak of gave up 32 points to tyrod taylor and the buffalo bills? Give me a break already. Some of you have no faith whatsoever. Just do us all a favor and go outside and wait for the anvil to fall on your head.

You did not watch that game. It was not like Tyrod Taylor lit them up.
You do realize that you and pretty much everyone else around here was ready to dump Weeden for the next flavor of the moment the entire offseason, but now he has to be depended upon, he's deserving of faith?
At least I am consistent.
A second quarter sack clearly affected Drew Brees' play Sunday in a 26-19 loss to Tampa Bay, but the team is waiting to see if it will affect his playing status for Sunday against Carolina.
"It's early, today is the day after. We'll take a peek and see how he is feeling, coming along and see where we are at Wednesday," head coach Sean Payton told reporters Monday. "We'll do the best thing for him and where he is at. But I think it's early to say that."
Payton said he didn't the play where he was hurt until Monday morning but acknowledged it did impact his play the rest of the game.
