They've gone on to have as much success as we have...

Ok so why are we rueing players that have gone on to do......NOTHING after they left here? So if they did nothing leaving here and we kept them they would've done.....what exactly?

I don't get the signing from a franchise that just lost its two best WR's and is likely about to deal its QB with no viable replacement. They should be in a full rebuild we're gonna suck a couple years mode. Waste of money, but whatever.

Washington is headed for the NFCE seller. The strength of the team (spread you out and throw) is gonzo. Toast!

Yeah....its pretty pathetic. Its rare Deadskins even sign a free agent and they go on to do decent things.

Especially on the defensive line. It's a who's-who of mistakes and failures.

The only time he was even moderately healthy was in a contract year.

Hope he stays in the tub.

You guys are too tough man. These guys play for literally their entire lives for the joy and the game and for the opportunity to make it to this day to truly cash in on a "huge" contract. Once the player hits free agency, there are no rival teams. It's all green!

It's based on playing time too. So at his salary if he played 100% of snaps it's a 5th or 6th. He probably won't play 100% of def snaps so it'll lower it even more.

Leary yields a 4th
Church yields a 5th

You're reading that wrong. That is the cutoff before playing time consideration.

Given that he is well above the cutoff it starts as a 5th rounder and can improve considering he played a lot of snaps.

Leary at $8m is below the cutoff so starts as a 4th rounder but it could be that his playing 7/8ths of all snaps lands him in the 3rd round category.
