One thing I noticed about all of the back QB's is that they all stare down their read. Defenders know where the ball is going by simply reading the QB's eyes. You would think they would pick this skill up from Romo.... Staring off the defender. Nope.

They're both practice squad candidates. The only way I could see keeping Showers is if he's going to double as a utility guy/special teamer. He could serve as a quarterback in an emergency, but the special teams have to be the kicker.

I don't think he's got the skins on the wall to unseat our current gunners/ST'ers -- Heath, McCray, Dunbar, etc.

Showers is much better than Dusty.

Dallas really needs another backup QB and Showers could be the #3 backup QB ! I wish Dallas would get a good #2 QB !
