Eagles fan's question: Are Cowboys fan afraid of the Eagles?

You're entitled to your opinion, ... but Super Bowl appearance to 6-10 doesn't scream "upside" to me. The Cowboys came very close to making another appearance last season (1 Point in fact), and they've improved significantly over that team. And it wouldn't surprise me to see the Cowboys win the division either. Parcells is still a better coach than Reid will ever be. He hasn't lost a thing. And again, for "not having it", Bledsoe put up Top 10 numbers.


You did say that Bledsoe was a mistake. And I pointed out that he had a Top 10 season, despite the offensive line struggles. I do tell my peers and fellow fans that Bledsoe is the best QB this team has had since Aikman. Bledsoe doesn't have "potential" at this point, but he still has the ability to do the job. Like the job he did on the Eagles in Game 1.

{Even though we came in next to last place in 2005 ...we were closer than your team; therefore closer to another appearance.}

3) And it wouldn't surprise me to see the Cowboys win the division either. {shouldn't winning the division be an expectation for any fandom}

I know you have a passion for your team ...and you should. But not at the expense of puttimaking comments like those In your last post. Here's how I see it ...all of our division teams are In the preseason, it's as siMple as that! When the smoke settles, we'll come Out fighting. But if you think you're going to face the same Eagles team as you did in 2005 ...you're wrong! And as far as your OL ...I hope they are as strong as you guys say ...they will be tested big time ...

If anyone is "afraid", it's the Eagles and their fans.

And they should be.

They had a 4 year window to win a championship and they didn't get the job done.

Their team collapsed into a 6-10 debacle last season.

They just lost the league's best receiver and did nothing to replace him.

The rest of their division has passed them by.

And their mosted "hated rivals" are now in position to win the championship that they couldn't - along with the player they hate more than any other.

Sounds like a "nightmare scenario" to me.

If anybody's "afraid", it's the Eagles and their fans......
