Been doing it for years.Dang...Russell Wilson...carrying the team.

We don't know what that is.Creative playcalling there.
Wilson is far far far more elusive.
There is no way Dak would survive behind the Seahawks O-Line. There is a lot of pressure on nearly every play.
I think Dak should be sitting down and watching russell wilson work. Go train with him in the offseason lol. They are the same style of qb except wilson accuracy is a lot better (beyond 5 yards) and he has a better feel for the pocket (hopefully comes with experience).
But then again the cowboys run the most vanilla playbook in the NFL which makes the QB and WR's job harder because the defense can kind of guess whats coming. You need excellent play from the WR and lazer accuracy from the QB.
Not when you are moving forward we you throw something. Drive down the road and throw something out the window
Because the reciever was running forward .How can a ball travel forward while still being passed backwards?
LOL
When is the last time we heard that phrase associated with our offense?Creative playcalling there.
Lol you could be rightHe’s better in a chaotic environment, IMO.
he didn't pitch it backwardsWhy so they could lose? He pitched it backwards even if the guy caught it where he pitched it. That's probably why they didn't challenge that play.
I think the coaching staff should watch how these teams are getting their WRs wide open against good defenses before Dak does anything.
He caught 1 yd pass the pitch. They just replayed and talked about itWhy so they could lose? He pitched it backwards even if the guy caught it where he pitched it. That's probably why they didn't challenge that play.
yea, that last drive was terribleNo, he sucks under pressure.
maybe seattle's offense has farrrr superior players than ours. When is the last time Dallas had a player as wide open as some of the guys in this game?
Dak does go through his reads. I think you are mistaken, Wentz is the guy that can't go through progressionsMy exact thought, Dak is very similar to Russell but doesn't have the same feel for the game as passers. Russell is always looking beyond the sticks while Dak is always looking for his first read and then check down.
Dude he threw it forward a full yard as replay after replay showed. Not even arguable just stop .Passing is relative to the player, so forward momentum of the player has to be taken into account. You can pass the ball backward but if you were already moving forward at 5km/hr, that forward momentum is added to the ball. If you pass the ball backward at half that speed the ball will still move forward.
If the ball has to travel backward that is relative to the ground it means the ball has to physically go backward.
If you watch rugby union you'll see a number of passes that float forward but are ruled backward. It depends on how the rule is stated but I think it's just "passes backward"? Not too sure.
Wilson has noticeably more zip on his intermediate passes for sure
