Maybe it's a reaction to all you who were dissing him merely because some objective fans thought he was good and would be very good. Just saying.

No, it's not. I appreciate great play just as much as the next guy, but people just go completely overboard with Wentz..especiallially for this being a Dallas Cowboys forum. They make it obvious they are trying to prop their agenda...just sayin'.

Dude he threw it forward a full yard as replay after replay showed. Not even arguable just stop .

How far the ball travels forward isn't the issue if you're looking at whether it was "passed backward". The trick there is to look at the position of his hands

maybe seattle's offense has farrrr superior players than ours.

...or maybe...

Agholor was labeled a bust. The coaches moved him to the slot this year and he's looking like a 1st rounder. Coaching matters.

Passing is relative to the player, so forward momentum of the player has to be taken into account. You can pass the ball backward but if you were already moving forward at 5km/hr, that forward momentum is added to the ball. If you pass the ball backward at half that speed the ball will still move forward.

If the ball has to travel backward that is relative to the ground it means the ball has to physically go backward.

If you watch rugby union you'll see a number of passes that float forward but are ruled backward. It depends on how the rule is stated but I think it's just "passes backward"? Not too sure.

Wilson has noticeably more zip on his intermediate passes for sure
You said Wentz doesn't have a strong arm. Now you're saying his touch isn't better than Wilson's.
Make up your mind.

Not when you are moving forward we you throw something. Drive down the road and throw something out the window

Doesn't matter. It is whether or not the ball goes forward, not the direction the qb is facing or his arm moves. That was an illegal pass.

Why so they could lose? He pitched it backwards even if the guy caught it where he pitched it. That's probably why they didn't challenge that play.

It doesn't matter how he pitched it, it matters where it's caught
