Eagles tie Dallas in championships. I'm disgusted

A Championship is a Championship. What difference does it make what they call it?

Trust me....it's just a matter of time before the NFL figures out a way to make more money renaming the championship game once again (probably once they finally put a team in Europe). Do you want our 5 championships to stop counting once that happens?

When you beat out 8 other teams to win your championship it makes a difference.

I know...it means you're beating teams that contain 5 or 6 hall of famers per team, so each team is a powerhouse (wouldn't be good for teams that feast on cupcakes like us)

Cowboys won more Superbowls -FACT
Cowboys won more championships since they have been in the league - FACT
You can’t compare championships pre merger era with limited teams - in fact you can even compare years in league vs championships won and cowboys still lead the E girls

Yes bottom line Eagles look pretty freaking beastly (I puked a lil then ) but to compare histories is futile at this point - however the one fact remains the E Girls are catching up for sure and they do appear to be on top of the mountain for the foreseeable future barring any major injuries etc
Whereas our Dallas Cowboys continue to wallow in mediocrity and almosts - that doesn’t appear to be changing anytime soon either - all I can do is pop in my DVD’s (my vhs broke ) of the championship years and recall the superbowl wins I witnessed growing up - from our first win 24-3 over the dolphins to the Larry Brown Bowl XXX - ugggh

How can people be upset? Seems like at least half this board wanted Philly to win tonight.

I did. Exert as much embarrassment, pain and pressure on the DC FO and hopefully the fans will eventually follow something else, anything more interesting than the DC. It started showing with the lack of presence at TC last year and this year will prob be worse with what's lined up at HC and QB. The stadium is not the taj maja it used to be so corp. people and opposing fans will only show. People don't even hate the Cowboys anymore as they are not worth the emotional effort. They suck just like their ownership. All I can hope for is new ownership. Come on down Mr. Musk!!

You notice eagles fans are the only fans who bring up those ancient championships. I've never heard a giants or packers fan mention them, only eagles fans.

Yes, they did have a championship game “back then”. Packers fans always speak of all of their championships. And anything over 20 years ago is ancient history in the NFL.
