Eagles v Pats Game thread *Merged*

I bet every AFC team' fan is rooting for the Eagles tonight, and probably half or more of the NFC team's fans.

All of America outside of Boston is rooting for the Eagles tonight.

the tight ends beating the linebackers and safeties? Weakness? Interesting. Witten did the same against New England.

i think every fan in the NFL besides pats fan are cheering for the eagles

i think everyone is pretty much fed up with the Media *** kissing on the patriots..

Curtis is money for the 1st down

I'm rooting for the Pats..I'll never root for an NFC East team when the playoffs have yet to be decieded. Last thing I want to see is Philly go on a roll like they did last year and make the playoffs sparked by them beating the Pats.

I have a feeling every team in the NFL is rooting for Philly. If a Cowboy fan can do it, anyone can.

The problem is teams play very cautious against the Patriots. Offensively, they want to control the clock and run the ball, and defensively, they aren't aggressive, because of the threat of Moss. The Eagles are doing exactly opposite on both sides of the ball:

1. Attacking downfield over the middle
2. Aggressive defensively and blitz-happy

there's just some players that succeed in only 1 stop

it was Harper w/ us

Trotter w/ the Eagles, goes to the Commanders...sucks, but a Pro-Bowler in Philly

Feeley w/ the Eagles, goes to Miami...sucks, but 5-1 as a starter in Philly, and looking good again tonight

Very good point. This will spell the end of McChoke too. Not good.

That Rams team went to two Super Bowls and won one of them.

That validates my argument. Regardless, winning a single game depends on 3 phases of game, not just one.

That Rams team also had this guy named Marshal Folk or Faulk or something like that.

The only way it validates your argument is if your argument changes.
