is welker faster than Glenn?either way we need glenns speed in the slot.

Walker is very effective at running the crossing route right by the referee effectively creating an extra 'block' by taking up space...

So how does a team stop a slant? Seems like thats a given play as long as the QB doesn't get hit...the defense can't stop it inless your tailing the runner and then your taking a chance on getting a penalty

Very good question.

The answer is the zone blitz. It was invented to stop slants to the over side.

Can't believe I'm rooting for the Eagles...

I hate Philly. But it's nice to see the Pats worry a little.

Part of me is wondering.......The Pats are fairly old at LB. Is there a possibility that they wear down some?

The kicker hasn't been getting any work in becuase of the running up of score.

He's rusty :)

The Rams scored 4 points less in 11 games in 2000, and the rules weren't as conducive for the offense.

BTW, Randy Moss finally got called for Offensive PI. They call that 50 percent of the time on Moss...
That Rams team went to two Super Bowls and won one of them.

That validates my argument. Regardless, winning a single game depends on 3 phases of game, not just one.
